this place was really nice you could see every product and the tenders were extremely helpful. the quality of the medication was amazing. almost to much. its a little pricey compared to other places but you pay for what you get. if you want a comfortable place to get quality medicine this is the place to go.

I visit at least three times a week and love all the staff. They have a great selection and very knowledgeable staff

I shop here all the time, the staff is wonderful, and the medicine is the best anywhere. Ive tried many other places and monarch isnt the cheapest, but they have best quality and most consistantly top notch medicine of anywhere around. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND MONARCH!! Best in the valley, period! Atmosphere is very peaceful and welcoming. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Extensive menu and dependable quality. No reason to go anywhere else.

Came in for my first time it also was my very first trip to a dispensary since I just got my card a few days ago. The building is nice and the waiting room is a cute looking area with comfortable furnishings. I got called back rather quickly I guess they just started doing the early morning hours here which definitely made it more convenient. The guy who helped me out was really nice, very helpful and knowledgeable he answered any questions that I had. I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciate all the help that I received however I gotta say I am disappointed in the meds. Since they have these new morning hours they have specials on certain strains and I understand they were on special, but to get home and realize that my meds were definitely not the freshest product was pretty disappointing. I then took a look at the harvest date and see that it's over 2 months ago which kind of explains it. I will probably give this place another shot based on the customer service alone with hopes that next time will work out smoothly.

This is my favorite shop hands down. The medication is always insane and the staff is insanely knowledgeable and friendly. Not only is it the best customer service I've had at any dispensary but probably the best customer service I've had anywhere in my life. I avoided this place for awhile because it was slightly out of my way and that was a huge mistake.

This my first time to go to any dispensery an buy on my own, and they just made it more complicated anyway I ordered, and was told we Don't serve that size, which is stupid because they hav menu's, there and online an they all hav larger quantities price's but they "Only" serve small quantities, an the person caught an attitude when I started questioning him bout the sizes, it's a nice place BUT my time and money could do me better if I were to go sum place else...................

The best place I've been to in Arizona. The meds were all highest of quality (really expensive unfortunatley,) but like a restaurant, you pay for the elegant atmosphere and safety associated with such a location. This is a high-end medical facility, not your buddy's apartment, and it feels like doctor.

Not the best place for your bang for your buck, but it is very convenient in its location. Bud tends to dry pretty quickly, but withholds its character and intensity. This is a great beginner dispensary with friendly knowledgable staff, but for the price the quality isn't top shelf.

Too bad it is off the beaten path! Very professional appearance and atmosphere, swift check in for first timer! Very nice flower selection and information, samples fresh and moist! The crumble and shatter are priced the lowest in town, and tasty too! Great selection of edibles and drinks, Aromatic Kitchens products are the best in the state, glad u carry them! I will make a weekly stop here routine!
