Drove down from Sedona based on first web impressions (it's thin up here). Not disappointed. It's the meds that matter, so here is the word scramble: ELITE, CURED, pH smarT, CONNOISSEUR, GO! Great location and security. Killer flowers. Prices fine. If they get on some LA CONF and JACK HERER they will blow up (for health). ;)

There's no reason to look any further, this is the best place around! Everyone at Monarch has been SO kind and helpful on each and every visit. Their meds are great and they really do seem to want to help people. I have waited a few months to write a review because I wanted to get a real feel for the place and people first and honestly, it only seems to get better and better. Keep up the good work!

This was only my 2nd trip to Monarch, but it was my last. Your response to Mason84 about PGSC is a flat out lie, you are accepting donations only in 1/4 for profits, your bud tender even told me so... Allow me to explain. I came in to get an ounce by mixing a few quarters. I was informed I couldnt get PGSC or True OG as part of an ounce price break. I kindly inquired why since its the same donation as your other 1/4s that I wanted and I only wanted one of each. The response was "we had to pay more for that strain so we have to charge more"... So back to my point that you are suggesting high donation rates for profit, please dont lie. I left with a 1/4 of PGSC at $130, holy shit! I dont care how good it is, I left feeling very dumb like I was in a bait and switch, but needed some meds. Your other meds didnt even compare to the PGSC or True OG in looks and smell. I would suggest to other patients you seek out another dispensary. Another dispensary that grows all their own excellent meds, and since they dont buy them from someone else they offer consistency in their product. And please, please stop saying you do this for the patients and act like thats all you care about. All dispensaries in AZ are pretty much the same, you all only care about the money. All the games with donation rates and inconsistency in this industry are ridiculous. I feel so stupid for even getting my med card at this point. I have been a smoker for longer than I care to admit, but I would like to personally thank Monarch, our Great state, and about 90% of the other dispensaries for making this such an easy decision for me to just finally quit smoking. Amazing that it took me getting a legal medical card to finally just quit, how ironic. You guys discouraged me from smoking in a way that no one couldve ever done before I got a card, and thanks to you all I will be living a sober and happier life. Thanks!

been coming here for the last couple years and met Bry for the first time in the back (she is mostly up front with an awesome smile Everytime). Holding space is a new part of my self care habits now and I am very happy to feel hesrd she wanted to fully understand what I needed. will be back of course

the menu online and the menu in store are two different things. there is never consistency with quality, the points expire, the service is very slow, and there is no sign of improvements.

I've been shopping at Monarch for about 6 mos now and I couldn't be happier with the quality and vibes here! Brittny always makes me feel at ease and "holds space" for me :) can't wait for 420 this weekend!

BOGO menu is awesome!! The staff is always friendly and helpful! i cant wait to see the new set up when remodeling is done!!

I actually like this location and it’s general setup. Where they fail greatly is the consistency. There is none. They are constantly out or in short supply of their BOGO offers. If you’re used to paying a price and then it more than tripled because management seems to not understand their own supply and demand, it’s aggravating. I had consistently only gone here and just put up with it, but going forward I’m taking money elsewhere that had consistency. I’ve always had great service though.

Every person who works here seems friendly but when I visited the store and got August she made it an experience that will make me a customer for life. The store seems to be going through construction but my service was so awesome I will be telling all my friends to come here as well! She was so knowledgeable and shared her knowledge about cbd and rso I have mixed both of these into my daily routine and my life has changed!! Thank you MedMen!!

Despite the construction, I had the most amazing service from Kyra! She was the best bud tender I’ve ever had so informative and knew all the products! She even has experience with most if not all the products and I am very happy she pointed me in the right direction for the products I received and I will be making sure she is my bud tender from now on when she works!

I came into med men the other day, I was very indecisive the bud tender August was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt feel rushed like other places make me feel . Great place to go!

I just stopped by for a gram of shatter at my lunch, and Cody was super helpful. We had a great conversation, and he ended up showing me some solid deals on flower and dabs. I'll be back for more soon!

Haven’t came in since prior to construction. Looks amazing. Also every time I come in I am greeted with smiles and they are always happy to answer any of my questions. Also thank you Kimberly for the help today, you are so nice and made my experience today awesome!!!!

My prior review was removed... Never received my 10 percent off email.... They don't offer discounts or first time patient deals... The flower is as dry as the Sahara and they charge 50 PLUS TAX for an 1/8th... There are much better places and I definitely won't be back... Patient care is not their top priority, money is

First visit and received a very dry, week cookie and 2 half gram pre rolls which were very hard to smoke and again week. The Tropic Thunder on the other hand was a very nice blend. My advice stuck to flower

Nothing but great experiences visiting Monarch! The staff is all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The location itself is very clean, safe, fast and has a great selection. On top of that they always have specials and as a regular you get all sorts of perks! Only place I go!

This was a great experience, especially for a first time visit. The service was awesome, a very comfortable environment, and the knowledge was outstanding. I will definitely be shopping here for now on.
