My experience was great! Everyone was friendly and the concentrate I got is 95% thc. It kills my pain instantly and I have 2 ruptured discs. I will be coming back here even though it's a bit off a drive from central Phoenix. Worth it.

My wife and I went here for the first time think that Monarch is awesome. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great as well. The waiting area is clean and comfortable even with a tv if you have to wait just a moment or two. The staff was very friendly and able to explain with ease. We will be back for sure despite the 15 mile drive as it was well worth it for the quality of Meds. Recommend anyone go to Monarch and see what they can do for you.

Tried this place for the first time. Medication was ok nothing to WOW anyone. They gave me 10% off two grams wow! They have a points program that is just retarded. BLOOM PHOENIX gives every new customer a free 8th no purchase required. Shops like the Monarch I fear over priced medication. Ha ha what do you expect in Scottsdale. Bottom line nothing special about this place mediocre at best. Mustceed1

Monarch is one of a kind! The atmosphere is totally comfortable and the employees are all incredibly friendly and helpful! I love that the he menus have descriptions and stats to help you make an educated decision on what meds to buy! Totally will be back soon!

So glad you have concentrates! I have visited others that had a few things, but NOTHING compared to the clear quality that you are producing! You should visit the other shops, their stuff is dark almost like a goop of chocolate colored concentrate (don't know if it was shatter or wax, but I was not going to buy that stuff!). Price is irrelevant if you want stuff that works. Put me on my butt my first try, but it is amazing! I prefer the crumble since its easier to deal with than the shatter stuff. Are you going to get more flavors of the crumble?

This is the best dispensary in the state! Professional clean and beautiful facility, staff is knowledgeable and can help you with any questions to ensure you are getting the right medication, and simply the best quality medication you will find anywhere. Sure they might not do all those gimmicks to get you in the door, but once you visit this place, you won't go anywhere else! Cannot review this place high enough!

Good selection, decent prices. Customer service is slow, Slow, SLOW, SLLLLOOOOOWWW! I've been to MedMen Scottsdale twice now, once on a weekend right after they opened for the day and once on a weekday right before lunchtime. Both times I've waited more than 30 minutes just to get in the door, with lines of only 2-3 people in front of me. On my second visit there I made an online order ahead of time hoping to avoid a wait, but still had to stand around in the parking lot for almost 40 minutes before I got in. In fact, I only got my order when I asked to cancel it because I couldn't keep waiting around any longer. This is going to sound odd, but I think the problem is the employees are TOO friendly. Whether it's the person dealing with me or the conversations I hear with other customers, it seems like every employee is trying to be best friends with the person they're working with. While that's a nice idea, it turns each 5-minute transaction into a 15-minute one and if you let those pile up you get these slow service times. MedMen is only ~2 miles from my house, but if this is the experience I'm going to continue driving 3x as far to my old dispensary because I'll be done and back home in less time. Very frustrating.

I gave all 5 stars because I really can't say enough about how well they treat people here. The waiting area is clean and roomy. The Bud Tenders are knowledgeable and professional. I've been here 3 times now and will be glad to go back when in their neck of the woods.

I guess prices match the neighborhood, but I'm sorry-too much for my budget... This is just a plant right? Why is an OZ of concentrate worth more than an OZ of gold? Because noobs continue to pay it I guess, we shouldnt be paying for your Copenhagen furniture! Price match or close down when marijuana becomes recreational.

I wanted to leave constructive feedback from someone who was debating picking up meds from here. I was thinking about trying this place, but I can't take any place seriously that is willing to charge $65/eighth. I don't care how good the meds are, that's a ripoff. There are way too many options in the valley that are high quality with better prices. At $65/eighth, you give patients almost no reason to stay off the black market - which is what I was hoping the medical movement would help eradicate. But you perpetuate it with these ridiculous prices. I couldn't in good conscience rate your meds and atmosphere low because I haven't been there, but I do think you need to be told that this is one customer who you've scared off right off the bat. There's too many other options out there!
