I was in town and decided to try out Monarch and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. There are tons of choices and the lobby has cucumber water. I will be going back for sure.

Best place in Scottsdale to go to hands down! Every person working there is polite and always has a smile on their face. They are also very helpful and informative. Monarch will always be my first choice!

What a wonderful place! All of the people there are so friendly, I was extremely impressed with the clerk who helped me, her name is Jennifer. I snagged the phantom OG and loved it, will definitely be back, I'm excited for the Platinum Cookies.

Monarch / Scottsdale is a beautiful facility with good prices and a broad selection of medicine to try. The bud tender (Steve) was very patient and helpful with recommendations. Very happy customer.

Been to a few dispensaries and so far this is the best one I've been to. Have not tried TruMed or Health for Life yet. But Monarch has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Selection could be a little better and like most places in AZ, they're overpriced. I like that they publish % of THC, CBD.... but wish they would provide proof of lab testing for mold and pesticides. Have not found one dispensary in AZ that can or will provide proof that their meds are lab tested.

I wish I got her name, she mentioned it and I forgot. I was there 5/2/14 and she assisted me. I do remember she work at register # 3. She was very knowledgeable and helpful on everything I asked. She taught about edibles and the medicinal benefits of each strain. I will continue to use Monarch exclusively. It was a great experience. Thank you.

Been going to monarch for a few months. Prices are terriable for meds that arent good. I visited this new place called Arizona Cancer Campaign and they are amazing. Much better than monarch Wont be going back to monarch

I enjoyed my experience very much! As a first time visitor, I was greeted and comforted by the security outside. Upon entering the property, it was noticeably clean and well maintained. The employees were friendly, engaging, and welcoming. I was met quickly by Amelia, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the best possible medication for my symptoms/desires. I will definitely be coming back and more than happy to refer others to Monarch!

This is an exceptional dispensary, The service was awesome, Amalia was very helpful. The flowers are top knotch. I will recommend Monarch to others. :)

Med quality has been down quite a bit the last two months. As a result, they switched to a dishonest potency range system(I.e. 17-22%). 17% is a hell of a lot different than 22%. The plat girls scout cookies is a joke, tastes like crap for a "top shelf" med. I won't be back until they get some honesty back in this place

OK. So I really do like Monarch. Probably most of all because it located conveniently near my home. However, I have heard for a year now that their prices would come down as soon as their grow is up and running. Regardless $110 and $120 for a quarter is ridiculous and worse is $100 for a quarter of schwag. I also do not like the promos they run except for the 20% off which I have not seen in weeks. Usually their promos entail giving away their weaker strains regardless of the quality you buy. Really? Do I need an 1/8 of Cali Wild Fire or an 1/2 Medicino Purps if I am buying an ounce of top shelf that costs me $400. Your promos this week in which you say it is not possible if not for our patients. Free House Pre Roll with any purchase? 1/8th of Schwag with $150 purchase. Come on. You give away stuff that does not sell and expect me to believe that you appreciate me as a customer. Sorry. I don't need free stuff. It is always a bonus. But I am done paying $110 - $120 for better quality quarters that I can pick up 20 minutes away. A Pain in the Ass? Yes. But definitely worth it since I am TRUly appreciated. Hopefully you understand the feedback and will run some promos for the people who actually care about quality. I would rather have a gram of top shelf than an 1/8 of mid potency. And yes please get rid of the THC range.

I am new to this experience and Jane spent a great deal of time and effort helping to educate and find the right product for my needs! Amelia later came and it was nice when both people say the same product without speaking to one another yet! Thank you both!! And they were both right on!

Monarch lost a customer today. I returned a dos mini that apparently had zero thc and a bad battery. I felt zero effects and got about 20 hits from it. I've used them before so I know how they work. Their employee said he would give it to their distributor. No apology, no offer of an exchange or credit. I'm returning to my previous dispensary as I know they back up their products. Shame, I've been going to Monarch for several months and they've always been great.

People were snooty and stuck up
