I would give Monarch an A+. They have great service, knowledgable, and take pride in their product. Great weekend specials I would recommend Monarch to everyone.

I appreciate mostly everything about this place...the atmosphere has the upscale retail but without the bank meets wireless store. The service is mixed, mostly everyone is chill and accommodating...occasionally however it seems something has happened and then everyone exhibits some kind of snobby attitude or "better-than -you" attitude. Flowers are good, edibles are sweet, but I just wish they would carry O.pen Vape...they only are offering vapes that are way overpriced. Also, would be nice if they carried Honey Oil for the Vape Pens they sale.

Tried this place for the first time. Medication was ok nothing to WOW anyone. They gave me 10% off two grams wow! They have a points program that is just retarded. BLOOM PHOENIX gives every new customer a free 8th no purchase required. Shops like the Monarch I fear over priced medication. Ha ha what do you expect in Scottsdale. Bottom line nothing special about this place mediocre at best. Mustceed1

I wish I got her name, she mentioned it and I forgot. I was there 5/2/14 and she assisted me. I do remember she work at register # 3. She was very knowledgeable and helpful on everything I asked. She taught about edibles and the medicinal benefits of each strain. I will continue to use Monarch exclusively. It was a great experience. Thank you.

So glad you have concentrates! I have visited others that had a few things, but NOTHING compared to the clear quality that you are producing! You should visit the other shops, their stuff is dark almost like a goop of chocolate colored concentrate (don't know if it was shatter or wax, but I was not going to buy that stuff!). Price is irrelevant if you want stuff that works. Put me on my butt my first try, but it is amazing! I prefer the crumble since its easier to deal with than the shatter stuff. Are you going to get more flavors of the crumble?

Nothing but great experiences visiting Monarch! The staff is all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The location itself is very clean, safe, fast and has a great selection. On top of that they always have specials and as a regular you get all sorts of perks! Only place I go!

Been going to monarch for a few months. Prices are terriable for meds that arent good. I visited this new place called Arizona Cancer Campaign and they are amazing. Much better than monarch Wont be going back to monarch

Monarch fits right in Scottsdale with its high quality medicine, wide variety of options for specific medical needs and classy atmosphere. I bought some K2 and the 3 pack of Yilo 80mg tootsie rolls. I was very satisfied and highly recommend the tootsie roll for people with a high edible tolerance.

Great staff, courteous and knowledgable. Clinic is very clean and organized. I would recommend Monarch to everyone.

The first time I went my Idententification wasn't in my possession. They kindly let me know I couldn't acquire meds and invited me to come back. On my way! my second visit the reps were knowledgable and patient with me. I plan on going back.

The environment is welcoming from the time you walk in to being greeted by your personal shopper. The menus are easy to understand. The product is quality. Love the service and products

I like the people and atmosphere however the quality seems sub par for the cost. I expected buds to be green, sticky and fragrant but they were dry with a few stems and seeds. I say, try them, you may like them.

Been to a few dispensaries and so far this is the best one I've been to. Have not tried TruMed or Health for Life yet. But Monarch has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Selection could be a little better and like most places in AZ, they're overpriced. I like that they publish % of THC, CBD.... but wish they would provide proof of lab testing for mold and pesticides. Have not found one dispensary in AZ that can or will provide proof that their meds are lab tested.

Monarch is one of a kind! The atmosphere is totally comfortable and the employees are all incredibly friendly and helpful! I love that the he menus have descriptions and stats to help you make an educated decision on what meds to buy! Totally will be back soon!
