Dispensary: This dispensary is the one I went to when I had to move to Phoenix for leukemia treatment and a stem cell transplant. I had to go in there with a hat in the summertime to cover my bad head as well as a mask. The staff and security were friendly as well as the patients. ADA? Yes, no automatic doors. Wait time/time of day: >10 minutes. Several different times of day over the past 2 years. Education/consultation offered/available? I honestly don't remember if they offered me education or not, I was very ill. CBD products/strains/education? I was there for tinctures and was not interested in anything else at the time. Strain selection (#?): They had a wide selection of flower on their menu. Prepackaged? Not sure, didn't purchase any flower. Itemized receipt? Yes. Vibe of staff/music? Mostly pretty friendly, a little stressed when busy. Don't recall the music, lol. Public restroom/cleanliness? Didn't ask about the restroom but the waiting room and sales floor seemed clean. Overall impression/return? I liked this dispensary, the first person you see is security and I appreciated being greeted. The consultants seemed knowledgable and they had a nice selection of everything. I would return to this dispensary. Notes:

Just moved to the Scottsdale and decided to give Monarch a shot. Got a free g of Snowcap (which was bomb af) just for stopping in. Great price on the 8th of Mars OG which did the trick. Also tried a box of rice crispy treats (2) which eaten separately had me definitely feelin it. Overall great experience, will most likely stop in tomorrow if not this evening!

I love this Medman and have been buying from this location for over three years. The staff, Kyra, Cody, Miles, Augist, Lara, Jordan and Brett K are the nicest group of people. They are always courteous, happy, informative, and always have an answer for any problem I bring to them. Brett even offered to talk to my alcoholic son to see if he could help. These folks are so sweet and kind but also extremely knowledgeable. Please give them all my regards!

This was my first visit to MedMen. I was blown away by the atmosphere and customer service. This place literally looks like a high tech store for cannabis! I had many questions and wanted to learn more about what product(s) may best suit my needs. Kyra G was extremely insightful and provided some great recommendations. She took time to explain strain differences and was very personable. I had a fantastic overall experience and MedMen is now my #1 dispensary. In addition, as I tried the products last night, they worked perfectly as Kyra suggested they would. Great service and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My medicinal needs have been met consistently at this dispensary for several years. I have been going for my need since it was Monarch as the huxton brand is consistent and reliable for my symptoms. I have a more difficult time in the medmen remodel (this is not a brand new remodel but I finally felt I wanted to says something about it's effect). I deal with PTSD and anxiety and the very loud and very brightly lit room is disorienting, disruptive and nerve racking . The tables take up the middle of the room and crowd the space. There is little room to maneuver without running into other customers, tables or staff. So there is not a very clear path in and up to the check out counter. The layout creates a very loud environment where it is difficult to talk with staff about one's needs. Hands down the more relaxed and easy going environment of Monarch was the way to go. I only continue to go to this dispensary for the huxton brand otherwise I would find a quieter and comfortable environment in the valley because the room is disorienting and I leave with more anxiety than I walked in with.
