Had a great selection and the staff was extremely helpful and informative.

I visited Monarch for the first time with a friend of mine, as this dispensary was his overall favorite. I have to say I can see why. The staff called my friend by name, and the people who assisted us were courteous and knowledgeable. The meds were excellent quality and my samples reflected the correct characteristics for each particular strain. And on top of that, the location was great and the interior of the building was clean and professional. My only disappointment was that they didn't carry a truly high CBD strain of meds (over 5-7%). Unfortunately, I have to search high and low in Phoenix to find meds with a high CBD and moderate THC content. And only if the cannabis gods are in a particularly good mood, do I actually locate a dispensary that carries any…and I’m not even taking quality into consideration here. And while I do see why such varieties would not be as popular or profitable, due to lower THC content, I am disappointed that I have such a tough time locating such a valuable medicinal strain of medical cannabis. Long story short, I will be visiting Monarch again. And if they begin carrying a high CBD strain, it will be the ONLY dispensary I go to.

One of the better dispensaries I've been to in both Arizona and California. Great service, great products, and clean facility.

Very professional, clean, and has a very safe and friendly atmosphere. Bought an eighth of carmelicous and was very pleased with it. In addition I like how they let you choose which bag you would like. Also I would like to mention after looking around at other places I've noticed the types of strains here are phenomenal.

The facility was very nice and well kept. The women at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel comfortable:) When I went into the "store" to make my purchase the gentleman that was helping me was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend monarch!!!! This will be my place!!

I've been in a few times so far & the staff here are usualy very knowledgeable and helpful. During All of my past visits they have been great at making it feel like a friendly environment, which is why Monarch has been my favorite dispensary thus far. Good vibes, good bud and good people. Well------Not this time. :( I was checked out by a sweet young gir and while she was ringing my items a staff member with black hair came out from the back room and looked very angry and was slamming doors, and stomping around huffing and puffing. Then I watched him speak to the customers next to me like they were idiots. It wasnt cool. Personally I got a little offended as this guy was actin like a hot shot.... To top it all off he Then spoke to the other employees in an unnecessary & rude way turning the last few moments of my visit into a awkward one...The other patients seemed to notice too. When he left the room the entire atmosphere changed At least I picked up some of their Grape Ape while I was there so it wasn't all bad.Maybe next time I stop by he won't be in (and it will be a better experience .

My second time and many more to come good vibes and envoirement. Love the flowers sour lope Maui wowi and blue northern are the ones I tried so far . Two thumbs up !

My second time at Monarch and I'm glad I came back to try the blue widow. I was disappointed they didn't have any more gscxog. I'm very picky and have been let down over and over by many dispensaries but these guy are the real deal. Really hope you guys get some more gscxog soon!

Great environment and very professionally run. There are so many things Monarch has to offer to the patient, it is really the model that new places opening up should try to emulate. The flowers are a bit pricey, however there are some very nice strains and sometimes there are some discounts. I would recommend this shop to anyone

Yesterday was my 2nd visit. Love the place and the staff. They are great and knowledgeable. I spoke to Rick and he recommended some good strains. Went back yesterday and there were free gifts and food (cheeseburgers), etc., and a band. Very cool.

As first patient I came in with tons of questions, which were answered with enthusiasm and delight. Must stop by if you're in the area.

The workers are always so happy and they generally have amazing deals and a good selection or strains. The last few times I have been there they have had issues with debit/credit cards but that's fine.

Kudos again to the outstanding service provided at this location this afternoon. This is becoming my happy place as I am new to the area. DJ was a great budtender with great knowledg on the products. I also got to meet Victor, who along with DJ introduced to me some awesome VEGAN chocolate edibles called Hippie Chicks. I enjoyed the conversation with them both and they shared some great info on what all Arizona has to offer in this amazing and fun industry! :) Also shout out to the Security Guard and Greeter at the door. They were friendly as well. Definitley coming back!
