The Mint Cannabis - Scottsdale

I recently obtained my medical card due to my scoliosis among other issues I have. I've never tried marijuana in my life so the whole thing is intimidating. I didn't know where to go and I heard some dispensaries aren't as legit as others. My doctor told me to download leafly and look. So as I would search reviews like on Amazon or ebay I searched what was the highest rated and Monarch shows up with over 1k reviews and overall highly rated. I drive over there, the area is nice surrounded by other medical building like dentists, surgeons etc. I go in the building, it's very clean, the girl at the front desk was super kind and informative. The people there is what you'd expect, people who need it. I saw older folks, some my age just like you would see at any doctors office. Everyone who worked there was super kind and very professional. I had a seat and a gentleman named Rick helped me. He was very kind and understanding to someone as new as me to this whole thing. He asked me what my issues were such as my back and recommended me great products to use in various settings, told me proper dosages and just gave me tons of great information. After this experience I will totally be going back. If anyone who is like me and nervous or intimidated by it all, please do yourself a favor and go to Monarch I can't recommend it enough.

Multiple visits to Monarch, have never had anything but an exemplary experience here. Great staff starting at security, to the greeter/admin and all the budtenders. Not just pretend service-industry nice, genuinely nice and passionate people with a genuine interest in botany. Lot of decent dispensaries out there, none like this one. The people here consistently make the experience great, literally never once had a bad experience. My most recent visit with Dana was educational and engaging enough to motivate the writing of my review.Thank you Monarch. There's not a more professional group of exceptional employees doing this at such a high level. Mahalo.

Mother's Helper was an awesome strain. Nice, well kept facility.

My first time here. It was clean and even had some cucumber water while you wait. The staff was knowledgable and when I told them he knew what I needed. It was perfect. Very friendly and informative. I will definately will be back.

This is the first dispensary I've been to and I was very impressed with the whole process. I'm not sure if it's part of the law that says there needs to be an associate for each customer but I had someone there to answer all of my questions. It was very clean and easy to find as well as the closest one to me so I will be coming back soon.

Monarch is my go to shop! After visiting numerous other dispensaries - none come close to comparing. They always have top shelf meds and the service is off the charts. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who has not already visited going to Monarch, you won't be disappointed.

I visited Monarch for the first time with a friend of mine, as this dispensary was his overall favorite. I have to say I can see why. The staff called my friend by name, and the people who assisted us were courteous and knowledgeable. The meds were excellent quality and my samples reflected the correct characteristics for each particular strain. And on top of that, the location was great and the interior of the building was clean and professional. My only disappointment was that they didn't carry a truly high CBD strain of meds (over 5-7%). Unfortunately, I have to search high and low in Phoenix to find meds with a high CBD and moderate THC content. And only if the cannabis gods are in a particularly good mood, do I actually locate a dispensary that carries any…and I’m not even taking quality into consideration here. And while I do see why such varieties would not be as popular or profitable, due to lower THC content, I am disappointed that I have such a tough time locating such a valuable medicinal strain of medical cannabis. Long story short, I will be visiting Monarch again. And if they begin carrying a high CBD strain, it will be the ONLY dispensary I go to.

This is my favorite dispensary to go to, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, and knowledgable as well. The atmosphere is awesome as well :) I always recommend other patients to go here!

The facility was very nice and well kept. The women at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel comfortable:) When I went into the "store" to make my purchase the gentleman that was helping me was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. First time at monarch so far has been a good experience. I'm waiting in the lobby now to get my medicine and am being treated cucumber water. The staff is extremely friendly.
