I came by for the first time a few days ago. Service was great . My bubbly bud tender "A" was awesome ... Very helpful in choosing the "mothers helper" I purchased and was extremely pleased with the quality of medicine available and selection .

This was the first dispensary I have ever been to and I have to say I was very very impressed! All the staff was very nice and informative and the all products i saw were great!

As a regular user of medicine for the past 20 years and first time going to a dispensary, I want to share so much about my experience at Monarch, but I do not want to take away from anyone's enjoyment of their first visit either. What I will share is that my expectations were surpassed in the quality of medicine for an affordable price, their excellent and compassionate service, and I really liked that you get to see the buds up close as well as touch for the consistency and texture that you might be seeking in well grown medicine. I also know the challenges of keeping a website up to date and Monarch excels in that category too. Being a mostly sativa guy, I picked up Durban Poison and a Jack Herer 1 and both delivered on the menu's promise of extreme potency and I experienced nothing but great euphoria and pain relief. I like monarch because of closeness and the staff are friendly but their initiatives to get patients growing rights away from the patients makes this feel more like the other fake caring money grabbing entrepreneurs who are out to rob patients of their hard earned cash and rights. Their prices are wary of the accusation already. Patients should have the right to grow. Won't be supporting monarch if they don't support patient rights. plus the prices are still pretty crazy. Absolutely loved my 1st experience at Monarch... Sorry it took so long to write a review but my 2 lil ones have kept me busy... I grabbed ALOT of goodies... The Sour Kush flower was a definite favorite... Loved the Headband Crumble... Wasn't too happy with the kosher crumble otherwise 5 stars... Definitely a place to visit again... now i jus gotta get a ride ;)

Quality concentrates, a little pricey. Great customer service from I think his name was Taylor. Sampled a g of some flower, was a bit dry but smoked well and was a nice Sativa. can't remember the strain name.

So sorry I spilt my coffee everywhere, but I did go back to get another one and ended up getting two free coffees! Yay great day! Haha :)

Plenty of good quality bud to choose from and their wax is on point. I've been going here for a while now and don't plan on stopping.

Relatively new Medical marijuana user. The location was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was efficient and extremely friendly. While there were several people there ahead of me, the wait was fairly short. The company had a good display of the various offerings and the company told me and credited me with a few offers some of which I was not aware of. The company also had, in stock, my choices. All told an excellent experience.

first time here. came because they had a 100 half ounce special. they didn't have any left when I came. when the bud tender went to ask if there was any left, the manager or owner has an attitude and says "no it's been over for 45 minutes, its posted on the site" as if I should know that I should be checking the site for hourly updates. The bud tender was very friendly but management, not so much. the place is nice, but I don't like going to places and feeling somewhat belittled. probably won't be returning here.

fast, enjoyable and satisfying would be how I describe monarch. They have quality flower and concentrate for all price ranges. Not to mention the staff is super friendly I've delt with Vicky the last three times I've been at monarch and she goes above and beyond letting me see different crumble containers talking to me about how people have been responding to all the flavors, the costumer service is on point and part of the reason I'll continue to return.
