Monarch is clean, modern, and has a very comfortable atmosphere. Their product is top notch, and their staff is friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. This was the first dispensary I've been to, and I don't see myself going anywhere else!

This is hands down the most professional state licensed dispensary I have been to not even in Arizona but our neighboring states as well, the meds, to perfection, the service, near ridiculous they were true connoisseur's. This was an amazing find for myself and the last thing I would do is not share it with anyone and everyone in the community.

I have been a regular customer at two other state-licensed dispensaries but their inconsistent quality drove me to finally try the dispensary that had been tantalizing me for some time with the THC counts for their various strains that were listed on this site (LOVE the listing of the THC counts, btw!). I traveled to Monarch last week and purchased some Classic OG, Tahoe OG, and Platinum Girl Scout Cookies. I can honestly say that EACH of those strains was superior to ANY strain that I have ever purchased elsewhere! Also, as has been previously mentioned: the people working there are all very friendly and customer-service oriented, and the facility is modern and clean. Monarch has just become my new "Go-To" dispensary!

Over priced, mediocre testing meds. Wasted time and money driving here from Chandler.

I’ve been to the shop a few times and everyone is cool but for me RACHEL is the BEST!!!! Not only does she have a STELLAR VIBE but she’s super friendly, very knowledgeable & just a genuine person. I can ask a lot of questions at times and it can be super annoying but Rachel is so patient with me. Thanks again Rachel for the epic customer service! Namaste!!!

Came here and got a half OZ of Blueberry Kush for $60! Not mad about that. Also got a gram of wedding cake sauce for 50% off. The reviews on here sound like the epitome of entitled Scottsdale people, the place is fine. They have a variety of expensive flower, and then they have some cheapy flower for people like me. My favorite part of their new space is that I didn’t have to wait in that dinky waiting room, jut got to go right in.

The best dispensary in Phoenix. From the time you walk in til the time you leave, a professional experience from beginning to end. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you couldn't ask for a better menu, including a large selection of edibles. I highly recommend you try them out. They have definitely earned my business.

I was very happy with my experience at Monarch. It is located in a convenient area and is very nice inside. The waiting area is comfortable and has a nice vibe. The staff was courteous and professional. Rick, the budtender that helped me, was knowledgeable about their meds and was able to make great suggestions for my personal needs. He was very patient with me as he explained what the various strains are geared for, what the various percentages mean, and how they all work together. Will definitely go back!

Drove from Gilbert to Via Ventura because they had the only pain strain that keeps the shrapnel in my ankles from making me cry. Very nice offices. The people were friendly, Mario asked me if I was familiar with MMJ. I knew what I wanted so we chatted. Their product room is very nice, fits 3 or 4 people at once. I was pleasantly greeted by the gal at the front desk, filled out the paperwork while sitting in the most comfortable & clean waiting room I have ever seen in ANY dispensary. After entering the dispensary room I noticed how comfortable I felt walking in. No intimidating lighting or fake clinical looking service counter. The gal who served me was very sweet and spent time with me to decide on a few choices. They have the "best" medical marijuana choices in the entire valley. I wish more dispensaries would have the attitude these people have like NO intimidation, no making you feel like your an idiot for asking a question. It's fun to go in and not feel rushed. I will drive the extra miles just for great service and medical choices.

Menu isn’t updated, won’t honor advertised specials. It’s bs that an hour after you open, you still advertise yesterday’s specials. Drive all the way over here, to some rude bud tender to tell me it’s my fault for not calling. I will never buy here again
