Clean safe atmosphere with friendly staff. It's unfortunate that they can't except debit or credit cards. ATM available in lobby but it's best to bring cash. The employee that helped me was friendly and didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want. I knew what I wanted as was in and out in 30min. Next time I'll spend more time.

Very comfortable place to get meds. Clean and professional. Staff is very friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping me. Strain selection and quality were great. The specials and points system they offer were also a plus. Overall I had an excellent experience and will be coming back.

I have had the pleasure of getting my meds from here many times now. Always taken care of quickly, have felt rushed a few times but 90% of the time its great service. Product is good across the board and its in a great location. Had an issue with a Kind Atomizer once and it was replaced with no issues at all. Well worth your time to check it out.

Service has always been amazing, but lately the product quality has been getting much better! The crosswalker honeycomb was recommended to me by the guy at the express window, as he obviously cares about pushing you guy's brand wax! It was excellent and you can tell the difference between this and some of the others at 77%. Will be back and thanks for suggestion

All my questions were answered by a professional attendant named Vikki. She was able to find my several hybrids that helped with my back pain and stress combined. I appreciate the time she took to explain several strains. She was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a stupendous visit!! Thanks Monarch!

First time in. Super fast, went during peak hours and still was in and out with enough great product to last me two weeks. Turned out it was happy hour😀 so there were some solid options for 35/eighth and they had a couple great strains. Dan was super helpful and made me feel at home. I will be back for sure, but really hope I can find some top shelf stuff next time.

Did not have good buds on display could not get a good idea of what I was buying with a bunch of shake and a jar. Went there specifically for the ice tea and they no longer carry. Bad experience for my very first time being there

Beautiful place! Super knowledgeable and chill staff. First time visit can be a bit intimidating, but Jordan was awesome! My first time here I felt welcomed and taken care of. I was loaded with questions and met with answers. I was able to have my own set of needs met quickly and accurately. You guys are great!

Got some honeycomb concentrate and it was pretty good. I am sure it wasn't 80% THC like they claimed, most shatters don't test that high, let alone a honeycomb. Being a HC, flavor was on point. price was also good at $30 for 1/2. Glad to see Monarch is no longer charging insane prices for wax like they used to. Can't believe they still don't have a display for concentrates. I can't be the only one who complains about that. People like to see what they are buying. Also, harvest date on the product was like 6 months ago - not sure what that is about, but product was still good.

People hate on monarch because of price. The "Golden Goat" is my favorite. The honeycomb is hard to handle compared to shatter but its on point with potency. I like how monarch gets lab testing. I wish more of the flower tenders would have experience with "all of the" products. Monarch carries all types of quality. Keep a keen eye out and its a good place. I like monarch.

Nice atmosphere. Great music in the lobby. (James Brown can pull you out of about any funk you're in). First time there and I didn't check to see if they accepted debit cards. It was 20% off that and they deducted the fee for using their ATM. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Jordan assisted me with my purchase of some Maui Wowie. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are the most important person that she cares about. Prices are competitive, but they may want to consider a rewards system. I would definitely visit there again.

It's good. The meds are great but you will pay a little more here. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable about their current products.

I have been to Monarch numerous times as I live right down the road. I have been holding out on writing this review for a long time but I cannot keep it in any longer. The staff is amazing, super knowledgable, super friendly. The atmosphere is possibly the best in the valley. The reason that the quality only received a one star is because of the prices and the overall quality of the meds. $70 dollars after tax for an 8th is outrageous regardless of potency. This would not be an issue for me because I understand that you pay for quality, but for the two years that I have been a patient at monarch the quality has not matched price. The "extreme potency" flowers are very average. Unless you're looking for a CBD (the kr X cannatonic is great) I would steer clear of monarch as to avoid paying "dealer prices" and beyond for your MEDICINE. Disappointed that patients are being taken advantage of, hopefully something will change with Natural Selections coming to Scottsdale.
