Kyra was very knowledgeable about the different strains and there attributes as well as the upcoming proposition 207 and new testing procedures for Arizona. will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Kyra is super knowledgeable. She demonstrates a fluent understanding various of strains, effects, comparables and pricing. I recommend MadMen for selection, service and location. However, be warned they are still working out how to handle the increased volume of customers with the introduction of recreational ... give them some time to work that out, but in the meantime, expect to wait 30+ minutes at worst. Overall, a good place.

Sarah C is officially the best damn budtender in AZ that I have worked with!! She is exceedingly knowledgeable, funny and compassionate. I’ve lived in Denver, CO and San Diego, CA & Portland, OR and she is as good, if not better than experts that I’ve worked with in those states. I’ll definitely be making this location my go to spot moving forward! Do yourself a favor and go see Sarah C at The Scottsdale location, she will get you all set up!

Daniel was awesome, friendly, and funny! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for (and then some). This was our first time at this dispensary and it’s easily one of my favorites. Super clean, presentable, and customer friendly. The only thing I was bummed about was that we couldn’t tip our budtender. We’ll be back soon!

Sara C was so Awesome. Thanks so much Lady!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful with every single item I was looking for in the dispensary. First off she has a cool vibe making you feel like you know each other from the start. You just tell her what you need and she will show you all the best varieties of what you need and good prices. Loved the set up of the product, it gave you a way better and close up look at what you are purchasing. Everyone at this location was really cool and nice but Sara C is my girl now, she really helped me out. Thanks again my friends!!!

Justin T. was great! I picked up an online order about 45 minutes before closing and there was still a crowd. I got in with 20 minutes to closing or so and JT still helped me edit my order at the counter, apply my student discount, and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Medmen is a great place and they're doing all they can to make the outside wait comfortable, with lots of shade and sprinklers. Love this place, thanks JT!
