I have never been treated so rudely as I was at this dispensary. Even worse currently this dispensary engages in bait and switch advertising so would you know you know, saying they have one strain at a particular THC level, but in reality it is half that level once you get to the store. I would stay away if I were you. That’s what I’m going to do.

I was coerced by an employee to buy some flower on 7/10… the dude highly suggested it. i said i usually spent between $50 and $70 an eighth… (ridiculous i know) Just to get the quality I know I like, blah blah, he reassured me it was fire. i noticed waiting in line that day, they have signs posted upfront about refunds and store credit, so I figured I had nothing to lose at check out. I was getting a few deals on concentrates, edibles, and I had been there a handful of times before, i just hadn’t bought flower previously, but i trusted it. i bought a 1/2 …fast forward to home, flower was garbage (i’m very accepting), so I still had a quarter unopened, and barely smoked arollie out the other 1/4…. I called to ask what my options were. Employee was nice, but left me on hold for about 5 minutes to ask a manager, then he said I had no options. I spent close to $400 total that day, So i write this to review to say, if you don’t back 100% of your medicine, what’s the point of having a huge, fancy dispensary with satisfaction guaranteed signage posted? do better y’all! (to get personal with it, it’s super disheartening because I recently lost my mom, and my meds have been my lifeline lately! i am a flower girl, and it really helps me at work, sleeping, and so much more…Now I’m stuck, and i really hate to complain on top of everything!!!)

Their leafly menu is never up to date. It’ll show tons of flower but once you get there they’re always out. In and out pretty fast there. Clean and wide opened. Definitely feels like an actual business and doesn’t feel shady at all.

Went on 11/11/22 and I saw they were having a deal where the first 100 customers received this goody bag. 1 random medicated item was suppose to be in it. When I got home it was filled with coupons and a lanyard. False advertising much?

Garbage location. Online prices dont properly clarify if a discount is already applied or if its the original price. Location plans to cancel online orders. Despite two different lines, i still waiting twice as long as someone standing in the rec line

I bought an ounce of shake for their 420 deal it is called gorilla goat. it is the most disgusting smelling and tasting marijuana I have ever had in the decades I've been smoking. I have a feeling that it got moldy before they sold it. really sucks cuz I could have used that money to buy something that I actually liked.

I second the comment below about short fused budtenders. {reviously, I noticed a manager, Steve, was like that to. Today my budtender called me "boss" eight times while buying 1 cart. I told him I preferred another form of address as boss is a disrespectful term for prison guards. He then accused me of thinking he was a convict because he was "brown." Here's the definition of "boss" from Urban Dictionary: Disingenuous form of address used by insolent little twats, which although ostensibly deferential, actually implies that they don't actually have any respect for you at all. That said, if you're also over 65 don't expect the promised discount if you ask for it. That same guy didn't apply it and I had to take a 10-mile drive to retrieve my overcharge. There wasn't even an apology. Obviously they use boss in the urban dictionary sense.

I gotta be honest, I really was disappointed, and very few spots have me feeling like that after a purchase. Though the staff was friendly, my main beef lies with their WTF brand. I can also say this is not my first time purchasing WTF, quite frankly it’s WHAT I make the trip to mint for. But these mfs man... save your money with these new batches. Every time I got WTF diamond sauce, it was always a great clear stone and sauce mixture that had incredible visual and nasal appeal. I was mad as a b*itch to spend $65 on the “diamonds” they currently have. It quite literally just looks like garbage sugar wax. If you’re more interested in quality than anything, you can go ahead and skip the wtf selection they have in store lmaooo

Aeriz flower “runtz” tastes horrible looks horrible outside the package. Was trimmed terribly. Burns black. Called to see what could be done because I’m not smoking this crap. No exchanges or refunds on flower. 67.50 down the drain about to go give this harsh crap to someone who needs it more than me. Thanks mint you’re a joke!!!

I had a discrepancy and the staff stepped right up, the manager came over looked at my receipt and said come on back we will take care of this! I was like are you sure if I’m wrong I’m wrong I have no problems being wrong. Well she said no your good we got you!! Word I’m wit it. Thank y’all so much for making the experience dope! But y’all hooked it way up!!!

I feel like I was discriminated and I am glad I didn’t spend another dime at Mint Dispensary! My girlfriend came in before me and purchased a quarter end got another one for free of their “platinum” tier . And used her first time patient Deal to do so. I liked the flower so I went back the very next day . All of sudden it’s me and not her and they tell me they can’t do the deal for me ! What in the world ! So I tell the manager (Caucasian guy) and he just basically says screw you. Showed no concern and another employer walked by with a smirk as if something were funny. I would never recommend going here and I plan on taking this matter to social media to express the way I feel. This is unacceptable!

So I enter this location and get in line to check in. 1 person at the counter, 2 in line ahead of me. Over the next few minutes the line continued to grow. The single check in employee was working to get the same patient checked in, probably a new patient and needed the extra time. I looked into the back and realized there was no one waiting in line to be directed to a register and a few budtenders with empty registers. Common sense would dictate the floor manager or some sort of supervisor getting another check in lane opened to clear the bottle neck at check in. This did not happen. However one motivated BAMF of a budtender seized the initiative and moved herself to the second check in lane to clear the back log of people trying to get in and spend money in your shop. I don’t imagine she is an owner but she certainly demonstrated exemplary leadership potential and most certainly should be promoted ahead of her class (give her a raise). Zoe with the green/aqua hair should be considered as one of your most valuable employees as her actions reduced her ability to make tips in favor of improving the overall customer experience. Also you may want to consider either training your supervisors to to shift labor on the fly like that or just promote Zoe.

I’m a med patient who shops at the other locations on a weekly basis and was extremely disappointed here. Bud tender was rude and rushed me through my order after not having anything I saw online. He also failed to inform me I was $1 short before tax of getting the 5 free pre-rolls deal. Terrible selection and terrible attitudes won’t have me coming back anytime soon

I got some of the 1000mg rainbow belts from Flav on their BOGO sale. These slap so hard, I can only eat 1/2 of one. The dude that helped me out, Paul was his name, was rad as hell. We chatted about how long he’d been a budtender and how he got into the industry in the first place. He asked about me being a teacher and overall seemed super genuine. Definitely a vibe. 🤘🏻
