Friendly, helpful staff, good product choice.

Products are of good quality, well displayed and diverse selections. Staff is friendly but overall atmosphere is on the colder side of impersonal, almost clinical.

Didnt have what i ordered and pricing was diffrent than in store. But it is still my favorite around.

I love them and their store! So friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had bad service and I am there weekly and almost daily. Their prices are also fantastic and they have deals everyday of the week. It's all great deals. It's above and beyond. I have never been steered wrong either. They actually take time to get to know you, your preference and they REMEMBER! Highly recommend!!

Really nice quality bud, seriously awesome products. Pickup was quick and easy. Everyone from the doorman to the bud tender was kind, funny, and quick to service.

Have never been disappointed by quality of products or quality of service. Store is clean and nicely laid out. Curbside pickup is also an easy and convenient service which has also not let me down. Would definitely recommend.

Have been here a bunch of times but today I had the worst service ever. Older woman was extremely rude to me due to a misunderstanding & spoke down on me multiple times. Will never return to this location because of her terrible customer service. She spoke about getting other employees potentially fired & couldn’t have been more rude about informing me they could not fulfill my order. Hope she gets fired not her amazing coworkers who I have never had a problem with.

Online order, they claim its ready, and i get there and they say its out of stock. Why not cancel the order? why tell me its ready? Wasted my time, and didnt even try to make up for it, just said "oh well". I have been going there for a few years now, and the service has gotten worse and worse as time goes on. Sad to see it.

Can't rave enough about these guys and gals. Super friendly, excellent service, and knowledgeable. I've shoppwd here a few times and consistently have had the same positive experience. They take the time to help, even when I have alot of questions. Good supply and varieties. So glad we have such an excellent shop here in Lake Stevens.

I would give it 6 starts on quality of I could! Today is 8-5 and the 1/8 I got was harvested on 8-6! Future weed!!!

Everyone that works there is beyond the best. Always friendly and helpful. Curbside pickup is awesome. Best decision I made on 4/20.

I am happy doing all my shopping at The Vault. They have a good selection, have frequent sales, and Veterans get a 10% everyday discount. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Budtender Nick is one of my go-to guys for questions and his flower suggestions are always welcomed. One of his standout moments was during the COVID-19 stay-at-home order when he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed without having to make a second trip. All in all, I would no doubt recommend you check out The Vault and say hi to Nick while you're there.
