Corey took care of me and I love his attitude. Always smiling and helpful and very knowledgeable. He has served me several times and is always a pleasure. Trilogy has good products at fair pricing and is my first choice to shop.

Michelle handled my order. She is so polite and welcoming, and went out of her way to help me with additional products I hadn't initially ordered when I walked in. It was a real pleasure dealing with her. Give her a raise 😀

I drive from Reisterstown to Ellicott City to visit Trilogy. They have the best prices and selection anywhere in the area.

Trilogy is absolutely one of the best experiences i’ve had in customer service and help just in general. Everyone is super patient and kind, i’ve been going for years and they have a point system to get discounts for loyal customers. Everyone loves answering questions and is so kind. Also as a trans person they were very kind to me about my identity and supportive, which counts for a lot for me always.

I don't usually give ratings, but I must say that this place is a breath of fresh air. I really appreciate the front desk, good customer service can be a life saver these days.

My bud-tender was Marvin - he was quick, efficient, and helpful all while being incredibly friendly. I've been a patient/patron of Trilogy for almost 3 years now and although wait times can be hectic with the recent legalization, they regularly provide quality products and advice when necessary. Their deals for Medical patients are also better than most in the area (on the right days I can get my stuff for 25% off- it does require some forethought and planning but you get daily texts with "today's deal"). I've tried all the dispensaries near me and although Trilogy is the furthest away, I often find it is well worth it. PLUS, they're dog friendly!! <3 I've brought my pups along a few times to help moral (of both patients and workers). 10/10 would recommend the DISPENSARY. With that being said, I have found a few issues like bent unusable chargers fresh out of the box, and cartridges that leak and ruin batteries- but these can be more due to the Cartridge brand (I stopped buying Select all together) or the manufacturer's fault.

After trying multiple dispensaries in my area, I found that Trilogy regularly has the best deals and menu. Wait times can be long, but they seem to have increased staff, and it is getting better. The staff have all been very nice and helpful. As a med patient trying to learn what works for me, the staff's knowledge has been invaluable. Extra shoutout to Bradley for all of his help!

I always come here as my go to dispo. Very easy most days getting in and out. Usually a longer wait than most dispensaries but you’re getting deals like crazy and some top tier product. Donna helped me today she was super nice and got me in and out within a couple minutes.
