Tired of the “acceptable forms of payment” changing every 2-3 weeks. Still waiting on someone to call about reversing Nanocard balance BACK to credit card, as THAT form of payment is now NOT accepted.
Everyone always seems in such a positive and uplifting mood like every single counter and there are typically 8-12 bud tenders. It looks so freaking endearing that I could see myself being a budtender one day
Dispensary is great as always! The Curio cartridges on the other hand… almost every 1g cart you get that is Curio, leaks. It leaks to the point it ruins batteries. I’m tired of returning them, as I’m sure trilogy is as well.

Great staff, EVERYONE there has been fantastic to me since I started going. Some of the best selection around. I use a lot of tinctures they have the largest selection.
A special shout out to my Besty Budtender Sammy! Besides having an amazing energy. She has never let me down on a recommendation, from suggesting the best smoke for some professional pot smoking deadheads going to show. to what treps are good for a creativity. But most of all, I went in the other day and needed something to help me through a tough time. Not only did she find just the right flower (as usual), she told me some struggles she dealt with similar to mine, came around the counter put her hand on my shoulder looked me right in the eye and gave me worse of encouragement and kindness. then walked my out the front door.
I was in a dark place that day and here kindness helped more then weed.

Great 1st visit. Picked up my online order. Showed ID, went right in and was greeted and helped right away. Ended up buying more than I planned because of a great sale.
The front desk guy was very nice. Maddie took the time to listen to my medical needs and make me aware of my options. They even got me a chair to sit on when they saw I was handicapped. Will definitely be buying my products from them in the future.
Online ordering was very glitchy and items kept disappearing from my cart. Successfully placed my order and stopped by at 3:30 for pick up. I was supposedly number 8 in line, waited 30 minutes and to be number 5. I'll go somewhere else in the future where you don't have to wait an hour.
My pickup order on Thursday, April 20, 2023 was incorrect. I emailed Trilogy immediately after getting home about the error. It's been over 24 hours since the email and I have not received a response.
I have been a customer for several years and have never experienced this issue.
The staff is very polite but they lack the ability to clearly communicate when there is an issue. I waited in my car for curbside service for 30 minutes after checking in. I have always done curbside service, as a medical patient. No one let me know that there was an issue. I had to call again to get someone to then check to see what was causing the delay. Even though the staff member was apologetic, without me calling back, I doubt if anyone would have ever let me know there was an issue. I don't consider that good service.
I don't know how anything was. I assume they now close at 7:30, but didn't feel the need to update thier hours. I arrived at 7:45 the doors were locked they wouldn't come to the door. Yet when a lady and a man who arrived after me closer to 8 they offered them $5 off I guess she still didn't see me. Been shopping here for over a year and I've never had this issue ive arrived at 7:55 and was still seen before. All night I didn't have any medication and of course they don't honor yesterday's price. This is the second issue ive had with them but this takes the cake. The first time they were advertising that they had pinapple upside down by kind tree but it was shore naturals very disappointed they didn't resolve that issue either.
