I was able to check myself in. Ked was great and made great recommendation and took care of me as I redeemed my birthday discount and cashed in my points for the year. Always great deals. I love the big bags, I drive from canton past several dispensaries to go here.

I used to shop at 3 different shops, until I found this place. Best deals and amazingly helpful and always kind and polite staff. Have been stopping into this place weekly for almost a year. The only issue I found was wait times, and not because they are slow, no you get in and out quick! Problem is I’m not the only person that loves this store! While I wait I see so many people that also stop in weekly! You can tell this place has to many “regular” customers. Maybe time to expand into something larger?

Made a point to arrive early enough that the average Rec customer would still be slumbering, so wait time was negligible. Staff was all smiles, friendly and very helpful to us. Will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.

Great staff and nice selection

I have visited several dispensaries in the area and this is definitely a favorite! The staff is super knowledgable and friendly and have recommended several great strains for me to try. I recommend signing up for the Leafly app. It makes ordering ahead of time and picking up products at the store a breeze.

I just adore this place. Ive had nothing but wonderful experiences, with the f*cking fantastic staff, amazing products, and stellar prices. I tell all that trilogy is the only place to go. Rock on!

I absolutely love Trilogy Wellness of Maryland. Relaxed environment, awesome staff. One of my go to dispensaries. Awesome sales and they are all about the customers. For the volume of customers they handle it well. Pricing is fair considering Maryland's inflated rates. 10 + Stars for this business.

Great place overall very inviting an private at the same time, lots of displays an available items to niche your curiosity, great barista they’re professional an knowledgeable, products are great an pretty decent prices outside of deals aswell always have a great list

Trilogy is closet dispensary to me, but I go there for a few reasons: Great staff, good selection, never much of a wait, and no-fee debit!

As a first time customer all my questions I had were answered and the service was great.

I am a regular customer. I am physically handicapped and use a rollator. Your staff are totally sensitive to my mobility issues - they help me in many ways to get into the store and do my business. They are also wonderfully courteous and friendly.

Best spot in the area for the best bud and best deals. Great employees and speedy service.

I know the closer it gets to July 1st and the increasing customers and stress coming with all the new Law's. My staff was not pleasant this evening at Register #1 and I had to remind her, I earned a spin of the wheel. I spined the wheel, then asked me to spin again I guess they where out of the prize, so 2nd time I spin she had Attitude, like I was taking up to much of her time or it was a bother she had to deal with the extra work of the spinning of the wheel. Very disappointing visit , have been customer for 2 years.

Let me first start by saying I have been to Trilogy many times in the past and always had a positive experience. The last one wasn’t negative but I think there is room for improvement. I preordered on Leafly, got a message saying my order was ready for pickup. There were 18 people ahead of me when I arrived, no problem. Then when I was called back they said “we are filling your order now”, and we’re training new employees. So my only thing is, if you order online and say the order is ready for pickup, why is my order being filled when I am called back?? Also, if you know there are people waiting and are very busy, maybe training should be put on hold till things subside. I think everyone (the public & Trilogy) are gearing up for the influx of traffic after recreational Cannabis goes into affect on 7-1 in MD, so that probably added to the problem. Overall I like what Trilogy has to offer from products, to friendly employees, to atmosphere, and I will be back. My only advice is to have a pre-order ready when the customer gets there, and manage training new employees better when it gets busy.

The budtenders are really amazing & super helpful. While the prices are great Trilogy can’t seem to keep up with demand. They are one of the slowest dispensaries around & curbside pick up isn’t consistent during busy times( 10 min phone hold times & forgotten curbside patients.) They’ve consistently had a issue using bank cards but you won’t find out until you arrive. I really love this place but over the last few weeks have been forced to go elsewhere.
