Its’s always pleasant going into Trilogy…always a five star service. They remember my name, my mommas name and my cat lol. Been going here for a few years and it’s always my favorite spot…and they literally have the BEST DEALS.

I came in yesterday (1/28/24) to buy Curio Chews and Cody helped me with the purchase. He was very patient and kind when my debit card showed that it had been denied because of a former fraud complaint. We had to contact my bank then wait for an OK to proceed. Everything went fine and I happily left with my purchase!

I love this place been to many dispensary and this is by far my favorite I love trilogy

Hit or miss as to wait times here. If the lot is full it will likely take awhile. Today moved quickly. Product is always good and as described. Prices locally comparable but rarely the lowest around. Plenty of options.

Dispensary is great as always! The Curio cartridges on the other hand… almost every 1g cart you get that is Curio, leaks. It leaks to the point it ruins batteries. I’m tired of returning them, as I’m sure trilogy is as well. Great dispensary.

Great staff, EVERYONE there has been fantastic to me since I started going. Some of the best selection around. I use a lot of tinctures they have the largest selection. A special shout out to my Besty Budtender Sammy! Besides having an amazing energy. She has never let me down on a recommendation, from suggesting the best smoke for some professional pot smoking deadheads going to show. to what treps are good for a creativity. But most of all, I went in the other day and needed something to help me through a tough time. Not only did she find just the right flower (as usual), she told me some struggles she dealt with similar to mine, came around the counter put her hand on my shoulder looked me right in the eye and gave me worse of encouragement and kindness. then walked my out the front door. I was in a dark place that day and here kindness helped more then weed. Thanks Trilogy and most of all Sammy. TY Eric

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have been able to help me with pain relief & sleep aid as I have an autoimmune disease that can make me feel miserable. Atmosphere is great.

Everyone always seems in such a positive and uplifting mood like every single counter and there are typically 8-12 bud tenders. It looks so freaking endearing that I could see myself being a budtender one day

Great overall experience with Trilogy Wellness. The online ordering process was very good and pickup (mid week late afternoon) went very smoothly. They have a very good selection compared to other dispensaries. I was probably in-and-out in less than 5 minutes. The one thing to keep in mind is that if you pre-order, they only hold your product until that evening. This isn't apparent on their website or app.

First time going on a friday night was a little risky, kinda hard to find parking at first but really only took like 20 mins overall

I placed an order on line. After the order was placed I was told that one of the items was not available in the quantity that I wanted. I was offered another item. I specifically asked for sativa. The tender looked at the items, that were to replace the sativa items that weren't available, and told me that they were sativa. When I got home and checked the items, they were hybrid. I called and asked about it and was told that the bud tender read the terpene's and that it was a sativa strain, even though the Leafly website says it is a hybrid. I like the deals that are offered from Trilogy, but it is VERY important to me that I get what I ordered. I don't like being told that something is not what it is listed as. This is not good business and I am not happy with the explanation I got. I was a new customer but I think I will keep searching for a honest dispensary to give my business to.

Terrible service. Waited WAY too long for an online order, took 2 hours for ONE thing to be ready. Will not be returning to this store

Used curbside pickup and was clearly treated like I was not a priority customer. Walk in customers who arrived after me we served before I was.
