I like that all the staff are so nice, so welcoming, and they really know their stuff. Marvin in particular has always gone above and beyond to provide a welcoming experience and find me exactly what I need, every time.

I've only been to trilogy once and I really enjoyed the ppl. Everyone was so giddy and happy!! It'll be my go to spot from now on! I suffer with anxiety and I felt at home here. Thanks Trilogy staff 😘

This place is always awesome. Now that the laws have changed trilogy makes sure that medical patients have priority and they are always Fully stocked. Trilogy is truly my favorite dispensary in the entire state.

I have been to Trilogy many times. The people are very kind, patient and helpful. I have been forgotten in the parking lot a few times.

I’ve just started going here recently and everyone I’ve interacted with between the front desk and the sales area have been wonderful. Donna in particular. I have no issue with waiting even though at times it can be kind of long, but I look forward to getting in the back. It was kind of expected once recreational use became available.

Let me first start by saying I have been to Trilogy many times in the past and always had a positive experience. The last one wasn’t negative but I think there is room for improvement. I preordered on Leafly, got a message saying my order was ready for pickup. There were 18 people ahead of me when I arrived, no problem. Then when I was called back they said “we are filling your order now”, and we’re training new employees. So my only thing is, if you order online and say the order is ready for pickup, why is my order being filled when I am called back?? Also, if you know there are people waiting and are very busy, maybe training should be put on hold till things subside. I think everyone (the public & Trilogy) are gearing up for the influx of traffic after recreational Cannabis goes into affect on 7-1 in MD, so that probably added to the problem. Overall I like what Trilogy has to offer from products, to friendly employees, to atmosphere, and I will be back. My only advice is to have a pre-order ready when the customer gets there, and manage training new employees better when it gets busy.

Very relaxed atmosphere.. maybe a 20 minute wait depending on how busy they are.. Today was actually the first time I wrote a review.. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.. Today my experience with the associate, DY was pleasant but not a surprise, as all of the employees are courteous and professional.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and and make you feel comfortable. Especially if it’s your first visit to a dispensary. This is the only place I shop in Maryland.

Easy access location. Passionate, engaging, and educated staff. Variety of products from flower to patches. I haven’t tried the patch yet, but I’m really looking forward to how it can help the inflammation and pain in my back and sciatic nerve. I really like the atmosphere as well.

Writing this a few days post-legal-rec-use law passed. The store was, naturally, very busy, and the wait was long. But the staff were nothing but friendly, patient, and helpful to each customer that came in over the course of my wait. I visited this store on a friend's recommendation and I'll definitely go back. Shout-out to Niwa (sp?) who helped me with my order that day-- despite how busy the place was, he made me feel like I was the only customer there during the transaction, which I really appreciated.

I’m a new customer here, I have only been twice. The staff is very friendly, they have a wide range of products, great prices and deals every week. I will keep coming here. I’ve also recommended them to a few of my friends. Definitely check them out!

First time there . First time using leafly. Ordered online. It says wait. So I did . 45 mins. Then said I'm go see if they even got it. Then was told even tho I Ordered online it means nothing and I have to sign in and still wait. Which really is no problem . But if you don't know to do that ,it is a problem . Other then that everyone was very friendly. And I will go back now knowing how it works.
