From the first moment I walked into Trilogy, the experience has always been phenomenal. Their staff is very knowledgeable and really take their time to walk you through the process of obtaining a card and providing proper information. Once I was able to obtain my card the staff really took their time in showing me options that would really serve my medical needs. I walked out feeling confident with my purchases and their recommendations did not disappoint.

This dispensary is great. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the bud tenders are all very knowledgable about their products. I personally live in Frederick and travel out to Trilogy because of their great attitude, deals, and selection.

Visit was great as always. Since going to Trilogy I haven't had to get a shot in my back. Was getting one about every 4 months with little relief. I will be a customer for life at TRILOGY!

I ordered online ahead hoping that would save me time. Didn't. They were not prepared for customers when I got there....had to wait a half hour that I didn't have. They also said there would be a 25% discount for being a first time customer but it was 5% and when I inquired was not given a satisfactory explanation. Won't be back.

In and out with a phenomenal deal in under 5 mins with my Leafly online order. 1- .5 cart, 2 🔥 eights, 2 Verano swift lifts 5 packs and 1 dog walker pack for under 150$. My go to dispensary when that 🔥 is in stock. Always got the deals for days and a great rewards program. Thank you for the customer service!

Sean was very knowledgeable and explained the full story behind everything going on in the business. Inventory could be better. You can get good deals if you play their system. Great store overall and has a value that other stores don't have.

Best atmosphere

I was there on 4/20 and they we so so busy and I think they did amazing getting everyone there meds as quick as possible definitely an amazing staff there!!! Thank u guys for being awesome lol

I love the staff, they're friendly, warm, welcoming, & attentive. They listen and suggest medication options accordingly. Their selection is good, I have never had something that wasn't great quality. The atmosphere is upscale, comfortable, and clean. They have excellent deals & I especially love that they support different charities regularly. Additionally, they're always super nice to my dog & open to pets as long as they're behaved. 😍

Today was my first time at Trilogy and I will certainly be back. My wellness advisor was Paul, he was kind and informative, as were the other staff members who helped me sign in! I’ll definitely be recommending Trilogy. Thanks for the quick, easy and just what I asked for purchase!

Every part of this dispensary is enjoyable. The waiting room is large and well lit. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The flower selection could be bigger, but they always have what I want. The prices are a bit expensive, but they run great deals! They also have a loyalty system, which is nice. I will absolutely return!
