Been going here for almost a year and have never really had any issues. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. Only issue was last night when I went to pick up my order the price was more than when I placed it online. There was a deal for the live resin cart I purchased (deal was .5g cart for $28) Paid a little more after looking at receipt. Then once I get home and open it it wasn’t even a full cart.
There is a real problem with the pricing. The online order gives a lower total than when you pick it up. SURPRISE! They increase it 25% and you owe much more than expected. Why is it different? Why do I have an issue every time I check out. They have no idea what they are doing and WILL NOT honor advertised prices. I wish I could rate 0 for scamming innocent customers. Buyer beware.
I used to go on a regular basis then stopped due to COVID went tecently now you need a drivers license which I lost but had my passport couldn’t use it. Was real disappointed since I’m a med patient needed my prescription. Is that a rule can’t use a passport for ID? Appointment for license is in 2weeks smh
I’m not here to trash trilogy. Literally the best dispensary around here. My issue is with Leafly and the connection to Trilogy. I put an order in day of used the deals etc only to learn that the website wasn’t supposed to give me that deal. I ended up paying $30 or so extra just to get a text about the sale the very next day. I’m confused why the error wasn’t honored even though they ran the promo the following day.
My go to. I’d recommend this dispensary over all the rest. There are a couple in Columbia, but I Lyft here. I still save. They have the best selection, Tenders and Staff, prices, atmosphere, all of it. They can’t be beat. I’ve never had a bad experience or product. The Staff is top notch. Tenders are amazing and just good peeps. I won’t go anywhere else. 🙌

Trilogy advertises as the premier location and they truly are. I used to go in but now do curbside. The staff knows what they are doing and answer all questions fully and politely. Prices are very good and the rewards program is generous. Recommend Trilogy to anyone needing a dispensary.
This is the best place I've been to. The wait times aren't usually more than 15min on a busy day and they try their best to keep the flow of patients steady. They take the time to explain everything to you if you need help or want to try something new. Right now they offer curbside pickup and that has been great during these times. The people are polite, professional and honest about their products. The place itself is very clean. They have a points system with good rewards and great daily deals. They also happily show support for our troops with a military discount.

I think all the staff at Trilogy are super helpful and very knowledgeable. I go back there time and time again, out of all the dispensaries around , because of the pricing and the people. Shawn, dude with the long black hair that looks like he used to play in Pantera. - awesome and always very helpful. Adam, the dude who looks like the love child of Shaggy from Scooby Doo and a happy leprechaun. - knows what I like and helps me get my best value each time I shop. Great people.
