Slow. Ordered on line and sat for 20 minutes before going back to counter to find that they skipped my turn.

I was helped by a ver great employee goes by the name Asia. Had horrible back pain until she helped me out thankyou again Asia 😁

MAN THIS PLACE IS HOT STUFF ! have all the strands I need for my everyday needs , the customer service is AWESOME not 2 mention the cute & cool dogs . Id have to say Trilogy is your best spot for great strains, great deals, and wonderful service. Extremely sociable staff and enviting environment. Deffinately love the move selections whenever you stop by. Deffinately recommend a visit!

Never had any issues with online orders thru leafly, once order is placed I get multiple text along the journey till it is ready to be picked up. Once at store they ask if I had an online order they then check me in and have all my online order waiting for me in the back. If it’s not busy I am in and out all within 3 minutes. Smooth process, beautiful facility, excellent staff that care! And without an online order It’s even easier! I wasn’t sure what to go with today and asked for a gassy indica strain and without hesitation I was assisted to the Florida kush. And man am I grateful to have asked for their assistance , cause iv tried pretty much every indica in there and felt at a lose to find the perfect smelling, tasting , looking buds I could and sure enough I got a strain that I am highly satisfied with and recommend for the future as a favorite!!

I leave happy every time I come here. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. The prices are great and they always have really good sales. This is definitely my #1 choice when I need to shop.

There are at least 3 dispensaries closer to me than Trilogy. But they usually have the best deals and variety of products. And the staff is very helpful in making sure you get the best deals on your purchases.

Amazing across the board. I came to this dispensary after finally getting fed up with my old one and my god it's like night and day; every time I've called they've been helpful, every time I do curbside it's been quick, and they CONSTANTLY have sales, I haven't bought from them and not gotten at least 15% off. Highly recommend

I ordered 19 items online. Everything was perfect minus receiving a RNTZ cartridge instead of a gram of wax. No biggie though. The customer is exemplary and the atmosphere is always an exciting one. 10/10 recommend for every dispo need you have
