The staff is knowledgable and welcoming. They have a wide selection of products with incentives going on all the time. They also do community drives like school and animal care supplies that also give discounts so it's a win-win-win.

Been here many times and always have great service and products. The staff is amazing! I was helped by Taylor on my last visit and was very pleased with how helpful she was. I'll keep coming back for the great prices and friendly staff.

Come here all the time. Great service and products. Best prices around. Service can be SLOW sometimes since REC. I have waited 45min before getting served and I’m medical and they prioritize us. But I keep coming back because they have the best budtenders around like Stan.

ALWAYS friendly! today was the longest wait to be taken back to get my order, but it was because it was packed with other clients getting their "stuff" before July 1. Hoping it won't be too crazy after the dispensaries are opened to anyone over the age of 21. This place has the best prices of any other place and is so convenient. Love Trilogy!!

Easy access location. Passionate, engaging, and educated staff. Variety of products from flower to patches. I haven’t tried the patch yet, but I’m really looking forward to how it can help the inflammation and pain in my back and sciatic nerve. I really like the atmosphere as well.

Busy place. Go early weekends. Best to go midweek.

Trilogy is the best! Even though they're ALWAYS busy, they get everyone through quickly and cheerfully. They're also very helpful if you have questions!

The budtenders are really amazing & super helpful. While the prices are great Trilogy can’t seem to keep up with demand. They are one of the slowest dispensaries around & curbside pick up isn’t consistent during busy times( 10 min phone hold times & forgotten curbside patients.) They’ve consistently had a issue using bank cards but you won’t find out until you arrive. I really love this place but over the last few weeks have been forced to go elsewhere.

I love Trilogy! It’s my favorite place to shop. They have great sales and I love seeing all of my favorite budtenders!

The front desk guy was very nice. Maddie took the time to listen to my medical needs and make me aware of my options. They even got me a chair to sit on when they saw I was handicapped. Will definitely be buying my products from them in the future.

Soooo unbelievably slow. Sit, wait, and watch people leave because they have been there for over an hour and they have other responsibilities . They need to pull down all the medical priority signs since they are a blatant lie.

I was disappointed when I cashed in my loyalty points. I placed order and when I went to check out @ Trilogy that's when I was told the credit comes off retail price and sale items are disregarded. I feel this policy should be made clear because I could not get my whole order because I miscalculated and did not have enough $$ to cover the difference in price. SUPER DISAPPOINTED in my favorite dispensary.

I placed order online for Snoop Dogg OG from SunMed. It was advertising that the terpenes: were 4.20% with the three main terpenes: being “Total Terpenes:4.20% Top Terpenes: Caryophyllene: 1.53% | Limonene: 0.73% | Myrcene: 0.76%” I drove 45 minutes to this location and checked in via curbside pick up. The gentleman came out to my car and told me the total was more than expected even though I had a price already given to me via placing an online order they tried to charge me $50 more. So I had to show them my online order receipt, just to make sure I got the price that they quoted me. After that situation was taken care of they brought my medical cannabis to me and gave me the original price that I was quoted. After driving away, I decided to look at what they gave me and realize it was not what I ordered. The THCA and terpenes was different. I tend to stay away from Snoop Dogg OG batches where the second highest terpenes is limonene. Due to giving me more of an anxious feeling. I prefer the second to be the B-Myrcene or balanced with the limonene. This seems to work best for me, that’s why I was interested in this product and I drove 45 minutes. So once I realize this is not what I ordered I went back to the store to ask for a refund. Unfortunately, they told me they were unable to give me a refund and I was stuck with this medicine I did not order. They offered me a coupon to discount more products that I am not interested in. And did not have any money to buy anything else because they would not refund me on this purchase. I would prefer not to have to do this, but I feel that is necessary to stand up and bring things to someone attention. I hope that at most that they will be able to find a way to resolve this issue that I am experiencing and at least make sure they update their pages appropriately so that way no one is being taken advantage by buying something that they don’t want and cannot exchange it for their money back. 🤦‍♂️

First time customer that will not be back due to one employee. Went in from the waiting room with one gentleman in front of me. Then this employee decides to inform him he can't be on his phone in the most nasty way possible. I'm working with a different bud tender and picked up a preroll to look at the terpines %. The same woman in a nasty way spoke to me in an unforgivable manner about touching the product. For this employee to know all the rules but ignorant to the golden rule was enough for me. Left about 200$ worth of product on the showcase and got out of there. Very unfortunate given the receptionist and the bud tender had a great attitudes. I would not recommend this place to anyone I like. 😕
