Great place, Been here since the beginning. Shawn and Kendrick are great bud-tenders. My wife and I go to get all the knowledge and information from the guru Shawn. He has helped so many patients, and we rely on his knowledge whenever we’re in the store. I think people like Shawn are what separate Trilogy from the rest, Hands down! Also, You mention a review and get a $10 credit. Do it.

I always love going to Trilogy, I've actually never went anywhere else because I’ve loved the environment and the service since I stepped foot in this dispensary. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The receptionist was kind of overwhelmed on my last visit there but it was a Friday and very busy.

service is slow. I like it here, but service takes way too long. There was only 1 person ahead of me and 4 people working and it took almost 25 minutes. And I pre-ordered and walked inside Now I remember why I only go for specials.

My budtender was very helpful and friendly. She made me feel that I was a valued customer and helped me get the best deal on my purchase!

Tired of the “acceptable forms of payment” changing every 2-3 weeks. Still waiting on someone to call about reversing Nanocard balance BACK to credit card, as THAT form of payment is now NOT accepted.

This is the ONLY dispensary that I actually enjoy going to. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is totally laid back, and there is a huge verity of products.

Dispensary is great as always! The Curio cartridges on the other hand… almost every 1g cart you get that is Curio, leaks. It leaks to the point it ruins batteries. I’m tired of returning them, as I’m sure trilogy is as well. Great dispensary.

Nope. Done with Trilogy after my first experience. Everything is marked up to be marked down. Do your research. You can find it elsewhere for less.

Used curbside pickup and was clearly treated like I was not a priority customer. Walk in customers who arrived after me we served before I was.

I have been there many times to purchase products ,spend alot money but on this visit the bud tender was not friendly at all and not much knowledge on cannabis ,ask him about my wifes award points and he said well if you have been there since Dec all points are gone I know I have been there this year but told him nevermind did not seem very friendly and that to me is bad business .I ask if they had another product seemed like he was frustrated and did not wanna look for product .Bud tenders should be very knowlegable and helpful.Thinking may be last visit.

i place a order online .and it still takes long time to get in the back. There back and forth to serve the customer's out side in there vehicles FASTER

I can’t tell you how many problems I’ve had here. They either can’t find your order, your order has been changed without your knowledge, or things are just missing all together from your order. Yes I’ve had good experiences here but not at all in the past year or two. Over priced and just overall lazy service. Go anywhere else. Especially for concentrates. These people are worse than the dope dealers they replaced and that’s a FACT

I’ve been a few times before and service was always ok but in the beginning my allotment was being screwed with. The rewards and service slowly declined. They don’t care about their customers, it’s about how fast they can get someone in and out the door. I haven’t been in quite sometime, maybe a year. Staff was extremely rude, telling another customer; “sorry we have all these new people in today”, speaking directly about me. I wasn’t even there 10 min. Second, the budtender was extremely condescending and arrogant acting when I asked a few simple questions on products. I opened the concentrate to find half off it was spilled in to the box and container. They don’t even care about customers enough to keep products properly stored. Oh and wait times are dumb long, the average is like 20 min. Safe to say I will NEVER be back. So many better places around with better products, rewards, service, wait times and pretty much everything.

Unless my dawg Kendrick is there I might as well skip this spot. Any time I go there I either have a long wait or someone working there isn't trained up and it's frustrating dealing with people who don't know what they are doing. Can't even ask why I'm being asked for my non medical I.D. without being told I had an attitude!?! Are you kidding me, what kind of customer service is that!?! Poor is the answer.

I'm a regular patient and enjoy the staff today was the first time I had a bad experience with a budtender just giving some friendly advice on handling sensitive information

I’ve been a customer since obtaining my medical card spent money with this company faithfully 700 some odd credit and went to use it towards a purchase and they charged me full price instead of the daily sale price lol what a shitty way to treat your people. The flower be stale and over priced! y’all need to step ur shit up because companies out here doing big things and you guys doin it not for the love.
