Bought two joints earlier. One was rolled like shit and didn't pull worth a fuck. Told them. They didn't seem to care. Told me I wasn't getting another one like 5 times though.

I love this dispensary. I come here at least once a week for my flower!

The new kid on the block. Had to check it out as soon as it opened. Decent selection, good prices and helpful employees - a perfect addition to Holladay Park/Lloyd District. And, yes, they roll a mean joint. Try the Sour Diesel.

A great choice of indica, sativas, and hybrids ranging from your typical 12-15% thc all the way up to 28-30%. the staff are great and helpful, and its a smaller dispensary in terms of square footage so your not usually fighting a crowd. Love it.

Walking into this shop, I wanted to turn around and leave. the entrance is not friendly at all. The budtender seemed to know his stuff fairly well and service was expedient. The flower selection was not amazing but I liked all the price points they hit. I got a sativa that was alright.

TRU FIND: Great neighborhood find in a convenient location with lots parking. Staff is super helpful and friendly – not at all intimidating for a single girl. They just opened so their menu is pretty limited. I’ve been in twice and so far the Obama Kush is my go to for an all-around indica. My other pick is the Sister D, but careful it’s a creeper. On a side note, the Sacred Herb product line they carry is excellent.

This is my favorite shop in NE PDX. Good selection and great prices for whatever you are looking for. The staff is awesome too. They're that rare combination of friendly and knowledgeable without trying really hard to be uber cool Portland hipsters:)

The budtender when I was there (Emily) was exceptional in her ability to confidently answer questions, connect with the customer and recommend the right products. She made sure that I got the correct price and one of the strains I got I will be sure to seek out again. When I'm in that area I'd go back.

Check in took a minute, but was worth the wait!! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. && The product was all quality! They had a variety of affordably priced product which made it hard to pick!! I will be back very soon, and would recommend to all my friends!

first timer at floyds. I got home to more closely Inspect the flower I had picked up, it is covered in little dark mites! possibly mold also but not sure. I refused to smoke any of it and called to return the gram of flower. they have a no return policy. I will never be coming back to Floyd's ever again.

The shop never has enough employees working and those employees level of knowledge is poor at best. They rarely honor their deals or abandon them mid-promotion. This month (October 2019) for example - they had three items on a month long Halloween sale. Two flower items and one cartridge item. Cartridges were to be 50% off all White Label Extract Carts. Instead of running all month, it ran for 18 days and in that 18 days they never restocked from the initial sale. Meaning for a month they had employees who played dumb or flat out denied they had said deal until they removed it completely. At no point was I ever offered any info on restock, other options, or if the event was some type. In trying daily for the entire month - I was able to get the deal once. Every other time I met weird resistance or outright denial. I’m fine with “first come first serve”, but playing dumb to get out of honoring a deal is just disgusting. Save your money: shop literally anywhere else. Especially avoid the Sandy location unless you like disgruntled hipsters who ignore customers and get high on the job.

Was in Portland for a day and decided to check this place out. It was a great experience. Staff was friendly and straight up with everything. Selection was alright they had $5 pre rolls so you can't complain! Would defiantly come back here if I was near the area.

Great spot if I want something close to home. Their strain Alien Grenades is some of the best smoke I've ever had.

I like the chain and their products but will avoid this location. One of their customers was robbed the other day about a block from their place. I would avoid it if you see numerous people hanging around the building next door. The person who was robbed said it was 3 teen gang members. I no longer recommend this location.

Nice little shop on a second story floor above their glass shop. products come on the low to high shelf. Real nice place for any consumers.

price is everything to me. ample rotation on hello lable Once. always a line when i come by is the downside.

Quality flower, friendly, patient, and very helpful staff. Chloe made quite an impression with how much information she was able to provide on different strains and vapor pens. I purchased some of the bottom shelf flower but felt intensely satisfied.

They have a coupon in the portland mercury that they refused to honor, and they have a very small selection of flower i will never return to their location again and i live 3 blocks away.

Nice little shop, although I can see how there may be a wait during peak times. It's worth it though, for the level of attentive service you'll receive here!
