this place is great. It's a small little shop that offers a decent selection. The atmosphere is great and they are always courteous and professional.

Atmosphere is nice and love the decor... but LOW ceiling. Bud tender made my day, she planted a big enough suggestion that I went with it. Glad that I did also, by the time I got home I was seriously slow going. Will be going back, adding this one to my top 5 places to hunt for strains,.

It seemed smaller of the dispenseries, but service and product was great.

Hands down the best weed for the price in my neighborhood. I come here every week and everyone is super friendly and helpful and you rarely have to wait.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NEW MANAGER Today I did an online order, as I have many times since you guys started doing pickups. when I was on my way to pick up the order I got an alert that it had been picked up. I was only about 2 minutes away, so I went up to the store anyway. The new manager (who wouldn't give me her name) came down and told me that there was an error with my order. This has happened before, and usually they have me wait the 1-2 minutes it takes for them to fill the order and everything goes fine. But today the new manager just told me to place another order and wait or to wait in line up front. Normally I wouldn't get bothered by this but she was very short and it seemed condescending, acting like I didn't actually place an order at all. I noticed other people had trouble today with similar issues in the reviews, so this clearly isn't an isolated indecent. Its a shame, after 2 years of AMAZING customer service from Floyd's this happens, and from a new MANAGER...

Truly the best dispensary in town! I randomly stopped in here about 3 mo ago after moving to the neighborhood and was immediately greeted with a super friendly staff- Obviously i was drawn to their "5 for 20$" deal which is basically unbeatable and I've gone no where else but there since (basically, unless I'm in dire need and i'm in a different hood) but I have never gotten better, better strains or better deals anywhere else! Thanks tru!

Everyone is so nice and they always try to find what works best for me. Any questions I have are always answered. I trust this place and i couldn’t be happier.

WOW! Amazing! Who would have thought a dispensary in Portland would be such a gigantic waste of time and snarky attitude. But this place has risen to the occasion. For last 3 days I had been looking at one of the flowers they had listed on their menu and read the reviews, so when I got paid, I planned to head out to this place from downtown, and in the opposite direction of where I live in the SW. Hop on the Max for a 15 min trip then another 15 min walk and boom! I'd be in possession of a killer Sativa. Get to the place and noticed they moved upstairs so was let in by a very nice woman and went to the counter to get the green. They guy who helped me seemed friendly at first, but when I asked for the kind I wanted, he said they didn't have it. I pulled out this very app and showed it to him listed in their menu. He made some lame excuse about how busy they'd been and while they had it on premises, it wasn't entered into the computer. I refrained from suggesting that if he had time to dance behind the counter, which he was doing when I entered, maybe if he'd taken the few minutes to enter the item into the computer. Instead, I said that didn't seem right and every other business of all kinds are required to provide the product if advertised. Guess he missed that part of business ethics class. He did offer to remove it from the menu "if it will make you feel better". Could he have BEEN any bigger of a xxxxx (you know the adjectives that could fit this), and I told him that was a pretty smart a$$€d comment to a customer. He didn't seem to mind so much about his comment or the fact that I wasted about an hour, round trip, to get from where I work and back, which was the time I wasted for false advertising. What could one do but just leave? I didn't want whatever else he was pushing just to get rid of, I went there specifically for that strain. Funny thing is, he has since had time to remove it from the menu on Leafy after I left yet he couldn't muster up the time to enter it into the computer. Don't have just love it? Thing is, I've been there before, when I lived closer to the area and when they were downstairs. They had a great, unassuming space and vibe compared to the showier places around town so before I left to go there, I resigned myself to the hour long round trip because if past experiences with them. But the dancing xxxx who "helped", and I use that term extremely lightly, me has soured me to them from now on. Good riddance to bad rubbish, as they say.

Was driving by and stopped in to check this place out. Staff was amazing and I can tell they care about service. Flower was great. Medical selection wasn't huge but they indicated they are still building up inventory. Interior of store was cool but I was most impressed with service and prices.

The employees are the nicest I've met thus far. The prices are out of this world for OMMP card holders. They are in the middle of a reno, so the atmosphere question is a little hard to answer, but the ramp leads right by the counter for easy viewing. Yesterday was my first time - I meant to write the review then - and I bought two types of flower and a few edibles. I haven't tried the edibles, but the flower was really nice. I use cannatonic and, though it's my favorite, every strain doesn't work well for me. I'll definitely go back. Thanks for a great experience!

the prices are great and the employees are friendly. you can't beat the $89 oz prices anywhere in Portland.

it was my first time being able to purchase shatter and the bud tenders there at Tru were so helpful I called them back after my one and only dab to literally thank them, Tru you have just gained a customer for life....great staff, wonderful relaxed atmosphere and great selection from top to bottom...keep UP the great work!

Not knowing about different strains,I got excellent very friendly expert advice on what strains to use for my extreme insomnia.The store is also close to my apartment.I plan on doing all my weed shopping here and will highly recommend the store to everyone I know!

I've been going to this dispensary although there is one closer to my house. The staff is always helpful and nice and I've found the prices to be on point. This isn't the biggest dispensary you'll find; however, it's def one that you'll leave satisfied. Also, I read other reviews saying "long wait times". I've never found that to be the case.

I had gone to buy one of the $5 eights, which are actually sometimes not bad. I assumed that the bud tender gave me the wrong strain, which was more expensive. I had asked about it but said I wanted the cheaper strain. I did not discover that he’d made the mistake until I got home and was out $12. I called to see if I could rectify the matter— perhaps credit if they cannot, by law, take a return. It was like talking to a bureaucrat. What happened to “the customer is always right”? Really shitty customer relations. I’m never going there again and hope others find this review helpful and save themselves the aggravation and lack of socialization skills of some of the staff.

The budtender was friendly & patient. I showed my ID to him when I entered & noted the veteran's ID, asking about a veteran's discount. However, when I got home, I discovered that he had not given me a veteran's discount. So, I'd recommend that you check your receipt before leaving to ensure that you've received any discounts.
