Trulieve - West Palm Beach

Placed order for pick-up and after almost 4hrs ended stopping there thinking maybe they forgot to notify me when ready. Got there and told me my order wasn't ready. They said it would be another 15-20min and after 45min they called me in. Then told me the main product I ordered was out and got some gummies. She said I'll give you 15% off for the trouble, only gave me 10% off... My first and LAST time going there!

I like that I was greeted by a security guard and friendly smiles at the reception area. Also like how helpful my sales woman Morgan was. I have been to this location more than once because I love their customer service and friendliness. Oh! And knowledge of different strains and brands and what they do for pain, insomnia, etc. There was nothing I disliked about this visit. Highly recommend the West Palm Beach location.

Personally I would use the Boynton location instead. Placed a pickup order and arrived at the West Palm Beach location around 2pm. Approached the desk and the security guard just looked at me with a blank stare. Told him I was there for a pickup... his exact response was “ok”. Sat down and a different and very friendly security gentleman called my name. Went on the back and the associate taking care of my order could have cared less. No signature was asked for and basically I just walked out. Front desk representatives were very friendly on the way out. Then I find out that the nasal spray I was previously time would be added to my sublingual order, was in fact subtracted from my inhalation milligrams. Not a good experience. Sorry.

I put in a order a full 12 hours the night before, get multiple confirmations that it’s ready and after a hour of waiting to get in the door I’m told they don’t have my product and literally tried blaming me that I voided my order and placed a new one when you clearly could see that they just over sold 90% of my order and left the one item that’s was left and called it a “new pickup order” wasted half my day and to top it all off the cherry on top is the freaking attitude on the employees, this was the wpb location and my bud tender Darin was just so rude and disrespectful verbatim calling me a liar, to be honest they are probably so defensive because this happens to basically every online order they have and I’m sure they are constantly being told how bad their service and company is but one thing I do know is I will never be back I’ve given this dispensary way to many chances

This place is my favorite. They’re very professional and helpful but also super nice. A guy named Darin helped me and just made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend

Fantastic staff excellent service

Went here today for a quick pick up order and the associate attending to me was Johnnyyy witch was probably about my 3rd time dealing with him he’s honestly the one the best there always supper Friendly with me and gives me great customer service and always gives me His honest opinion when I ask him for recommendations on options of what I should get and most importantly he always gets me in and out of there within a timely manner and if I need to add something to my order it’s never an issue I really appreciate the great customer service I get from him and I look forward to dealing with him again on my next pick up orders in the future.

This place needs to get their act together. The online orders never work. There inventory is always a problem. Many times I have stood outside for 40 plus minutes and then when I get inside they are out of everything. Such a shame because the product is good. And most of the people that work there are helpful, but clearly poorly managed.

Amazing service and good product selection worth the drive

Sharon at Trulieve, West Palm, was especially helpful. Took her time, asked me questions about my condition and was very knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend the shop and her!

After putting in an online order I get to the store where theirs 30 people waiting outside now Mind you my order has been ready but I have to wait in line for over 30 mins to pick up something thing up unacceptable!

I was told the Afghan Triangle is a new strain, yowza it's a creeper.

I was helped by Laborris at the west Palm trulieve location and I was very impressed by Laborris and his courtesy throughout the visit. He went above and beyond to assist me. He was searching the store to better assist me and my order I was placing. He was knowledgeable and very professional as well as friendly. I’m in this location frequently and I highly recommend this location too!!!

Great place

Currently my go to dispensary as they're the only one to carry shatter at the moment. The location is convenient but the product packaging, labeling, and the overall store decor leaves a little something to be desired visually. In the end the staff is helpful and friendly, however I am a little turned off by the fact that they're the only dispensary that has a tip jar on the counter. I've never felt obligated to tip my pharmacist or doctor and I don't see how a medical budtender is any different but hey thats just me.

This location has more in stock than the Deerfield Beach location. I really did not like the waiting Room. I don't know much about the rest of the staff, but Robert helped me at checkout and I was impressed at how knowledgeable and empathetic he was. He was not overbearing. With a little bit of time at the register, Robert's attentiveness and readiness to help Improved my visit tremendously! and(+$75off $150 first time visit) Thanks Robert A.!!!!!!
