Decent products so far. Different and wider selection than GrowHealthy, although more expensive. Sometimes sales are offered through their text marketing.

After putting in an online order I get to the store where theirs 30 people waiting outside now Mind you my order has been ready but I have to wait in line for over 30 mins to pick up something thing up unacceptable!

The Trulieve manager, Raquel, went far and beyond to accommodate me with the exact product specifically for me with an expedited checkout using their online ordering to reserve and ability to hold my spot in line at the store as I had arrived! Very minimal wait for my first visit. Quite a product selection, but I had no idea what the product prices were or what was available. Kinda pricey even with my first time patient discount. So far, pleased with Member Berry flower. I noticed that the staff were wearing gloves (and even a face mask when packing pre-orders) but one of the ladies had a horrible cough ( was covering her mouth w/ her arm). just not a great first impression.

I was helped by Laborris at the west Palm trulieve location and I was very impressed by Laborris and his courtesy throughout the visit. He went above and beyond to assist me. He was searching the store to better assist me and my order I was placing. He was knowledgeable and very professional as well as friendly. I’m in this location frequently and I highly recommend this location too!!!

Liz helped me twice. Super nice. Just the best knowledge and helpful to this here beginner 10 out of 10. Plus she's cute

Every time we’re in west palm, Super Pete and I make sure to stop in at Trulieve where we are greeted by cheerful Morgan at the front desk with the update on latest products and the lovely Aline as our very knowledgeable bud tender. Great atmosphere, big fan of there flower. They never disappointment me. Morgan helped me out on Sunday ,great customer servers. She goes above & beyond her job to help you out. I got a great deal. & got some flowers I have never had. Love all the flower I bought.Thank You !!!!

This place is fantastic! My favorite budtender is Nick! He is so sweet and takes his time in explaining every product, he is very knowledgeable and understanding. I will definitely be back to see him.

This location has more in stock than the Deerfield Beach location. I really did not like the waiting Room. I don't know much about the rest of the staff, but Robert helped me at checkout and I was impressed at how knowledgeable and empathetic he was. He was not overbearing. With a little bit of time at the register, Robert's attentiveness and readiness to help Improved my visit tremendously! and(+$75off $150 first time visit) Thanks Robert A.!!!!!!

Soo this location is right around the corner from my house, it’s also the only one I’m willing to drive too unless I’m feeling spontaneous. So thankfully, from day 1 I’ve had great experiences here. I mostly come in for concentrates and/or pe-rolls & i haven’t been disappointed once. The staff is really helpful! & My favorite budtender’s name is Nick. He’s always in a good mood & he’s willing to take the time to listen & make sure he understands exactly what you’re looking for. It’s my first choice dispensary ✨

I shop at the Trulieve dispensary WPB, 1324 N. Military Trail, WPB, FL 33409. I was helped by Robbie. He provided me with excellent service, had a complete understanding of the product line, and was extremely helpful in my decision making process, His friendly demeanor and understanding nature let me know I was being well taken care of. I consider him the best customer service employee I have encountered there. He deserves every recognition possible. Thank you.

Amazing product and amazing customer service! Everyone was so nice and Antonio was particularly very helpful and kind. Definitely going back and I'd recommend this place to anyone!

This is my favorite Trulieve location. My Bud tender Robbie is extremely knowledgeable of all the products and strains and has amazing customer service! Highly recommend this location

This location is slipping imo..their staff aren’t nearly as friendly as the Boynton Beach location and every time I place a pick up order early in the morning to ensure it’s ready around 6pm when I can get there and I’m always waiting a super long time. 👎🏼

Love this Place! Great staff i must say. Liz helped me out today, she is extremely knowledgeable and pointed me to the right product. Really, Liz help me find relief for my pain. Thank you Liz for all of your help! You guys rock!
