I like that I was greeted by a security guard and friendly smiles at the reception area. Also like how helpful my sales woman Morgan was. I have been to this location more than once because I love their customer service and friendliness. Oh! And knowledge of different strains and brands and what they do for pain, insomnia, etc. There was nothing I disliked about this visit. Highly recommend the West Palm Beach location.

Immensely knowledgeable staff. Wish I had grabbed my consultant's name, but he was great. It was my first ever visit to a dispensary and I was just completely blown away by the professionalism and product variety.

Great products, prices & friendly staff!!

Placed order for pick-up and after almost 4hrs ended stopping there thinking maybe they forgot to notify me when ready. Got there and told me my order wasn't ready. They said it would be another 15-20min and after 45min they called me in. Then told me the main product I ordered was out and got some gummies. She said I'll give you 15% off for the trouble, only gave me 10% off... My first and LAST time going there!

Morgan was excellent! She knew her product, more then me apparently! Thanks Morgan!

I met with Morgan about a problem I was having. She explained what needed to be done and was very patient explaining everything to me. The whole process was painless, and I left with a smile on my face. This is a quality, professional dispensary, with friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff!

I hate that you go in and wait and they take you in the order you come in so if you order online you will still wait as if you are a walk in.

I was told the Afghan Triangle is a new strain, yowza it's a creeper.

The products i recieved once i got home were fantastic but my caretaker named Paul treated me like crap... not a very nice guy he must've been having a good day. I also smelled alcohol on his breath.
