I was scared or timid about shopping and totally ignorant about medical marijuana. My first visit eased me into the world of finding the right doses and right type of thc and cbd combination. They give out information that should be read by the patients. This is the only place that fits my needs and make me feel comfortable about asking for more knowledge. I love this place.

I love the atmosphere and friendliness at the Jacksonville Trulieve dispensary. All the staff members are great. Despite the limitations that the state of Florida has put on products, Trulieve is striving to offer the best with what they are allowed to work with!

The Orange Park location is by far the most friendliest,courteous down to earth and caring group of individuals. Incredible truly. First let's talk about the budtender Mario, he automatically told my girlfriend and I of our loyalty rewards and discounts. Took the time to explain the strains and the terpenes in each and what we can eat along with them to intensify the effects. Wow..smart man. Very educational. Then how about the product coordinator Lester he remembered us and treated us like old friends and was very kind in "hooking"us up with swag. The smiles were sincere and genuine. That made our trip from Jacksonville to Orange Park worth it. I am grateful for the hospitality. Thank you guys ...an exemplary Trulieve Location.

The location is not in a very good area, it's in a low income zone. I'm glad to use the Canpay so I don't have to carry much cash. At this time I don't have option to go elsewhere.

I love the staff, some will go above and beyond helping and (very few) others just want to get you out of their face and on to the next person. The manager is awesome- she’s very attentive & empathetic when the online orders get messed up. Sadly their stock fluctuates & if they have less than 20 of a product in stock, you’ll have to go in to see if they will look for it. Some workers will others refuse. Seems like they are always having system issues or updates before major holiday sales. If they lose me as a customer- it’ll be because of 4 of my last online orders were totally whacked. If I decide to stay a customer, it’s because of the manager.

My visit this morning was smooth as silk!The place was packed,but the manager,Mason,had it organized and a great flow going with all of us waiting,online and walk-ins.Every employee,from the check-in staff to the greeter who called us back to our budtendress,Hannah with the nails to die for,was doing what they do with positivity and grace!!My niece and I loved Hannah's nails,we vote monthly staff manis and nails as part of employment package,but nice hands and nails looks good on your 'tender,just sayin' trulieve....anyway,the product itself is amazing and relieving my pain.It is Master Kush O-pen vape cart,400 mg.Indica.It has helped relieve the pain on my spine.I have a tumor that will never go away.I feel like a semi is constantly parked on my back.This cart and the THC cream together is a huge winner for me as far as the pain that can literally lay me down for hours,not helping the situation.Also helps with inflammation.Shout out,Trulieve and Thanks again.Means a lot to us who hurt,please believe that one.Much appreciated!
