Great friendly staff, keven helped me as this was my first ever trip to a dispensary very knowledgeable staff knew there stuff and had many recommendations on starter products and more advance products. Overall very satisfied and will b going back.

I was scared or timid about shopping and totally ignorant about medical marijuana. My first visit eased me into the world of finding the right doses and right type of thc and cbd combination. They give out information that should be read by the patients. This is the only place that fits my needs and make me feel comfortable about asking for more knowledge. I love this place.

This place rocks!! They can only do what the state has approved. Pro - The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. Medicinal MJ has allowed me to get off pain,anxiety and seizure meds. Con - Parking at this location is a challenge. Pro - Thumbs up 100%, as this stuff works. I recommend to talk to your doctor & begin to live and enjoy your quality of Life. I love that everybody is so incredibly helpful as I’m learning what is gonna be best for me. And their patience is wonderful. I’m thankful that this treatment option gives me some sort of control over things. I’m able to tell them what I need to be able to do and/or how a specific product did & they are always there with all the information I need to decide what to get. I love this staff!!!!

This was my second visit and it was amazing. Plenty of parking, plenty of seats and the front desk staff was super friendly. My wait time was 15 minutes or so and then I was greeted by Brian Bernhard who was so nice with a great smile on his face that eased my anxiety. Not being knowledgeable Brian was extremely helpful explaining everything and answering all my questions with such a pleasant attitude. I almost was not going to return after reading negative reviews, but thank God I did. Brian made my visit so easy, he was beyond helpful and had everything I wanted in stock. I hope when I return Brian is available to help me again. I hope Trulieve knows what an amazing employee they have in Brian. Thank you Brian!

The location is not in a very good area, it's in a low income zone. I'm glad to use the Canpay so I don't have to carry much cash. At this time I don't have option to go elsewhere.

I love the staff, some will go above and beyond helping and (very few) others just want to get you out of their face and on to the next person. The manager is awesome- she’s very attentive & empathetic when the online orders get messed up. Sadly their stock fluctuates & if they have less than 20 of a product in stock, you’ll have to go in to see if they will look for it. Some workers will others refuse. Seems like they are always having system issues or updates before major holiday sales. If they lose me as a customer- it’ll be because of 4 of my last online orders were totally whacked. If I decide to stay a customer, it’s because of the manager.

I love Trulieve. Everyone is very friendly the second you walk in the door. Kevin has been very patient and helpful every time I come in. I would recommend this location to anyone.
