Trulieve - Pensacola

Great location, plenty of parking and seating inside. Wait times in my case are usually not bad. The staff are always helpful and friendly, but made me want to write this review was how positive my last shopping experience was. Rachel H. was at the register I was directed to and she helped me to get exactly what I needed while helping me to save some money. Her knowledge of the products is incredible but her friendliness and personality made my trip memorable. She not only remembered me from a previous trip, but remembered what I’d purchased and asked how it worked for me. With employees like Rachel Trulieve never need worry about losing customers. I will recommend Trulieve to anyone and will be back again for many more trips in the future.

Best dispensary in the area

On my first visit, the greeter was friendly, explained the process, & gave me coupons. The next person, James really nice. He walked me through every product, how to use it, & what it's effects would be like. I followed his advice and slept for the first time in 2 years with minimal pain. Today, I followed his suggestions and my pain level has been about a 7 all day. OMG it's wonderful!!! I have relief, it's bringing me to tears. Thank you James! Trulieve never disappoints me when it comes to flower. Always on point with weight and quality. My orders are always correct and budtenders seem friendly enough. Express pick up is a breeze, I'm normally in and out within 20 minutes on a slow day and never more than an hour on busy days. Haven't had a bad experience yet!

Decent variety of products and strains, which was nice to see. I felt like the questions I asked were mostly answered, but I would have liked to be more informed. My "team member" was in-training, so that is to be expected. The others were helpful in filling in the blanks, for the most part. The waiting room was super busy and unfortunately, they don't have WIFI. My number appeared on the screen, but was not announced. I had to ask the front desk what happened, and they apologized and worked me in. Pay attention to when your number is supposed to be called!

First, Trulieve's products and both, their local and long-distance support employees are awesome. Second, their products are constantly out of stock, and the local and long-distance employees are not working well together, resulting in confusion and messed up orders. Last, when they do screw up your order, take care of the issue immediately. The lady manager in Pensacola flat out blew me off after half of my order was mistakenly canceled; by her. If not for the other manager, a knowledgeable, caring guy, I would not return.

While I appreciate they're just getting this business going, I'm surprised to see that they still don't run this like a professional pharmacy, (although they have priced their medications just as high). I mean we don't see tip jars in Walgreens do we? Seattle for instance sells the same products for 1/3 the cost here!!! Getting the correct strain is STILL a crap shoot. Sometimes you get your med, and sometimes you suffer. Also I think they should let us order from the grower in advance and have it delivered either directly to us or their store. Then the growers will know which strains, and how much of each is needed to grow thus eliminating some of the waste. But as for the staff, they are great! They do there best to be kind and courteous to all us impatient patients who are in pain and stressed too. Here's praying for other stores to open soon, and for it to be legalized recreationally so the prices will come down to a reasonable amount.

Their product is fine. I don't have issue with their product. What I have issue with is their discount for veterans. They only offer a 10% discount for veterans versus the other dispensaries which offer anywhere from 15 to 25% discount for veterans! I think this is pretty crappy since these same veterans fought for this country and our freedoms which allows us to have medical marijuana. The veterans (and their spouses and dependents) need this cannabis and often times they cannot afford it so every little bit helps. Even an extra 5% off of their puny little 10% discount would be a huge help to some families I'm sure! When they change that, I'll change my review.

Trulieve has to be the worst run medical marijuana businesses in the state of FL (for more than the reasons mentioned here)! I ordered my medication online on discount. I arrive at the store the next day (ordered at night) they do not have any of the 5 items I ordered on clearance. Then they sell me two defective Trupods (overpriced 1g cartridges made for TruStik vape). I returned 1 and have to go back to exchange for another. I have had to call them to make sure I can exchange a second time. This is completely ridiculous! You take 1 hit from the cartridge, the oil starts to turn brown, and tastes very bad. I would avoid Trulieve at all costs! High prices for crappy products!

When they have flower in stock it is very good stuff. Seems like they have a hard time with keeping a selection in stock 😑. I have tried these guys 3 times, each time I got stuff but was not what I wanted

Always my go to for wax/concentrates. Truwax is really good!!

Quick and clean. Online orders make it super easy. Sometimes they are a little to informal in the “showroom” but nothing crazy.
