Trulieve - Pensacola

Pathetic situation, to say the least. Opened 10 or 20 new stores and can not supply the ones that are open. Not a good way to do business, but make it look good for investors and just keep a bare amount of Flower, tinctures, then the website upgrade, doesn't let you order. I am one of the early Medical Med Veterans, that have seen a never ending supply decrease during Trulieves expansion.

they can't keep up with demand, so they are always sold out of most items. wait times are ridiculous. and even if you decide to do delivery, you will wait no less than 3 days to get your stuff, but your account will always tell you delivery is the next day. thats definitely a lie, and when you talk to them they say someone will call you to setup delivery, thats a lie too, they just call to tell you it will be there today, and you just hope you don't have to go anywhere. I would avoid this place, if you can!

Placed order online got the text it’s ready! Get there one person in lobby lady says 30 min wait .. an she began trying to talk over me I’m not your child! She doesn’t have the skill to handle people. I left went to your competitor I was in and out in about 7 mins.. so quit trying to focus on your hourly financial income your just causing us patients to spend there hard money else where because of your bad service. It’s become the hood store with just a popular name none for bad service now.. I sent y’all my email last time I had a bad experience and I got no reply. Thanks

Need to speed up the process been going there awhile now getting slower everytime I go Saturday was my last visit had my order to pickup not shopping still took a an hour I was on top of the list.lobby was full when I was told rudely wait longer. Never go back!

These dudes are extremely professional, helpful, fast, and work with you on everything. They go above and beyond and I have received nothing but the best service. The only downside (not their fault) was that one product wasn't dispensing properly. Other than that I have nothing but good to say about the company.

First, I would like to stress... The staff is amazing & very knowledgeable! I've had my license about a year, and I've learned ALOT! Among other thing's, I also suffer from severe pain. If your looking for high THC products, this dispensary has the best & their prices definitely compete with other dispensaries! I've never gotten any BS products low in THC that I've gotten at other dispensaries. KUDOS!!

Without a doubt, the best dispensary in town. Ashley Sue is amazing. She always takes the time to interact with people on a personal level, going out of her way to be nice and do anything she can to help. She cares about the patients and it shows. Carlos is always friendly and very helpful, too. Trulieve products can be hit or miss sometimes, but this kind of excellent customer service, as well as a good exchange policy, is what keeps me coming back loyally.

middle of the road on service a little snooty and clanish.. strange vibe in that joint but the service after the sale is outstanding 100%money back no questions asked other that how to make it right was astounding. what dealer in the past ever had a conscious right? on the whole they're decent people with the best products in town this far

Picked up the Blue River THC-A today. Plus a Half Oz of Jack Herer. Total came to $160 after discount plus tip. Med-tender Holly was very knowledgeable. I had a couple questions about the THC-A. The THC-A comes in a jar like Rosin. It's light beige to white color and looks like full-melt dry sift. It is dabbable. However, it lack terpenes compared to Rosin. Because of it's powder like consistency, you can easily sprinkle on a bowl or in a joint. So for me dabbing, I'll use rosin. For others who use it to add thc to their flower, it's perfect. How about the price. I like that, a half oz of great buds and a gram of high quality hash for $160 out the door.

I am a frequent truliever! I bounce back and forth between here and one other dispensary. However this particular dispensary has med tender TEVIN here. I need to give props when they are due. Tevin is probably my favorite med tender. He is SO warm and friendly. He is EXTREMELY HELPFUL and KNOWLEDGEABLE! His positive vibe and giant smile are so wonderful and infectious! Very genuine happy person. If ive had a crappy day and I end up coming in and TEVIN. Is my med tender then I ALWAYS leave A Happy satisfied patient!!!!!! I'm so glad y'all got yourself a Tevin!!!!!!!! I'll keep coming back to see tevin and that smile. He really does make my day. Thanks trulieve!!!! Now we just gotta keep up on that ground flower! Sold out state wide!!!!!!!
