Meds are top notch! Bud tenders are awesome! The only thing I would change would be their prices... I'd be here every week if they matched HWC

This place is decent and sometimes has good deals. Flower is prepacked and is sometimes very dry. For what you get though they are over priced compared to others. If you are prepared to drive a little bit the grass IS greener... no offense to those guys they are very nice and know a bit about their product but over all they are much more business oriented and it reflects in their price but also their set up etc. bud tenders are the only ones who make it feel a bit better. Shatter prices came down and are pretty good but still overpriced for top tier. Edible prices are spot on and pretty consistent with places around town but they do give much better specials on those than most around town.

No top shelf to be seen except for just a tiny window right after opening this morning. How exactly are people supposed to get top shelf flower if they live over an hour away *without* any traffic, when leafly pre-orders are turned off? Are we supposed to just take the entire day off work and sit there in the lobby all day waiting for top shelf flower to be put out? And if there's none that day, show up the next day and do the same? What about the day after that? This is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful. If you have too much demand and not enough supply, then increase supply. This isn't rocket science, we aren't building spaceships to get humans to Mars and back here, we're growing weed. Get another warehouse to grow more if that's the problem. I can understand running out of things occasionally, that happens when you have plants that take 2-3 months to be ready for harvest with variable curing times, all good with that because it's perfectly reasonable. But what's been happening lately is absolutely unacceptable (in ANY type of business) and management/ownership needs to get their you-know-what together. Can you imagine if, say, Four Peaks brewery for example, was constantly out of their own products at their brewery and had to bring in other people's beers to fill the massive holes in the supply line? They'd hemorrhage business so fast and so severely it'd be a sight to behold, and they're nowhere near as elevated above the competition as you guys are when the top shelf is actually in stock. The only reason we're all so ticked off and you're getting these reviews is because there are few to zero options for real quality flower anywhere else near the Phoenix metro area. If their were, people would be leaving Trumed en-masse and not even bother to write a review. Like that one person down below said, if someone wanted to start their own business that provided even 90% of Trumed's top shelf quality with consistent availability, they would explode and have potentially unprecedented and rapid success in this market. I hope someone does because I'm tired of having to settle for stuff that's really not all that. Fix it, Trumed. **Budtenders/employees, this is in absolutely no way your fault and you've been amazing to me every time I've come in, even dealing with more difficult situations like of late. This wasn't meant to be personal to anyone, but ESPECIALLY not to you all so please don't take it that way. The level of customer service you've provided me over the years has been second to none and I love coming in to see you guys and girls and the shopping experience on your end is always fantastic with no complaints. You're great in person, and you're great over the phone. YOU all are kicking-butt and I'm thankful that you're taking all this crap as well as you are. I promise I can speak for most of us in that our frustrations are directed at management/ownership and not at all towards you. I'd be completely satisfied and very pleased if all of my employees were as awesome as you all have repeatedly demonstrated yourselves to be. Happy holidays and a happy new year to the team!

There is something wrong with the pre-rolls. They don't smell, taste or affect you in any way. It's like smoking ashe. I'm not even convinced it's marijuana it's that bad......No amount of " Free pre-rolls " matters when it's of such poor quality.

Really cool place in a crummy part of town. Nevertheless I decided to take a trip down to this location. Got in very quickly and talked to some knowledgeable people and walked out with some OG Kush and some Tangie. Looking forward to medicating.

I've noticed lately you guys haven't been texting about new strains on the menu (wouldve really liked the GSC and Northern Lights), kinda bummed I wasn't given a heads up. Also, I work a full time job, but it seems like a lot of patients dont. As a result many of the FAV or rare strains are cleaned out before I can even get there on my lunch break. Been coming here for over a year, patient 384 I think. You guys have definitely gotten more popular, which is great, but also making it much more difficult on me for getting the strains I like. Can this be improved? (Maybe limit rare strains to no more than an 1/8 per patient so more ppl can get a taste, or allow meds to be set aside in advance, you guys used to do this for me in the past, but the past two times I tried that I showed up and no one had set my order aside). Still coming back, but really wish this could be improved. Thx guys.

I previously left an review and then went to make a purchase (same day) to receive my free joint for leaving a review. I got treated like a lying thief when claiming my free joint. Usually the customer service is great and I spend money on over priced items at Trumed all the time and don't complain. If a dispensary knows you're and consistent paying customer and still treat you like shit over an FREE advertised joint, take your money to a dispensary that'll appreciate your time and revenue you bring to them especially if your someone of color. Been going there for awhile and this was my only bad experience. Still got my free joint but it wasn't worth the hassle. I could of use my LOYALTY points if I need a $5 joint that bad.

I can’t wait to watch this review board fill up with broke mofos complaining about the price increase...long time coming people! They had their dro priced at 347.52 a zip for years while comparable clubs in Cali (very few that produce super gas btw) charge anywhere from 450-500+. Don’t get it twisted...I’m just as pissed as the next guy about the price hike. But if you want the zaza you are going to have to pay exotikz prices!! Go smoke Grow Science or House Exotics or Aeriz. There is a budget for everyone...maybe now people will understand why the state SHOULD NOT go recreational. I’m gonna keep laughing at these disgruntled reviewers wondering why real deal exotics cost so much. Just do what every other lame does...buy a subpar zip for cheaper and rationalize the dro in your head as though it’s fire in order to justify your subpar purchase! Their product is fire no doubt, but there are a few staff members that are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. So much so, I'm done getting my medicine there. People do not deserve to be treated like that AND upon asking for an apology on a human level, did NOT receive one from the employee. product = fire, service = disappointing for how much their product costs.

I bought a $40 live resin drip cartridge. its basically empty. opened the sealed package and it has about 20% of the product inside. this tells me this is a old cart. it has evaporated over time or leaked. I renewed my medical card and was given coupons to use at this location. it is not close to me or i would have returned and complained in person.

So there “deal” is buy some of there quality but way overpriced bud, and you’ll receive a free 1/8 of outdoor garbage that’s been in a plastic pouch for months for free. No thanks trumed I’ll get my meds elsewhere from now on.
