The bud on display for purchase looked amazing. However I was uniformed that I would be getting the smallest popcorn nugs in my life and that it in no way reflected what I thought I had purchased. I had to weigh it to make sure it was a full gram. Also I was told there were things still on the menu only to be told later at check out it wasn’t available. Got the wrong joint that I asked for. Wouldn’t go back here again.

I get frustrated waiting at UGD and the fact that you have to wait in line for the cashier. This is the only Dispensary I know of where the Budtender doesn't take $$. They just tap the screen w/what you want (is that really a Budtender?) and then you have to wait in line for a cashier. And the cashier is also the one who shows how to use a product or answers questions about 'how to' and gets the order together so aren't they really the Budtenders?? Get rid of the floor people and save the patients some time!!!

Like that they are super organized with the Rec and medical being separate lines... buuuut the parking lot is full of tweaked and druggies from the motels there .. they approach my car when I have to park and I feel very comfortable getting out . I had to pull in and pull right out the other night I was too scared.

First time visit today, got a free gram of bubblegum and bought a quad of mastodon kush 60. Felt very comfortable and welcomed while making my selections. Great deals on medication and merchandise. I plan on returning to try out some concentrates and has oils!

This place has gone downhill ever since they were taken over by Harvest. My last visit they tried to overcharge me almost $20 and got pissy when I made them double check everything to find their mistake. Their flower quality, when they have flower, has got to the point I won't make another visit here. Sure it's your house brand, but it shouldn't be full of stems and seeds?! what? I buy better stuff cheaper elsewhere. Won't be back.

Do NOT go here if you have a MMJ card. They'll take EVERYONE before you. I was 2nd in the "MMJ" line but they were serving rec people who came in after me. What a stupid process and terrible attitude from the staff!

now that Harvest owns this one too, it is falling to pieces. no morale and rising prices. the product is also getting a lot less potent. this is corporate cannabis at its finest.

I truly think There Cookie Products are Fake AF!!..The packaging, branding alll way to different from Cookie Products sold in Cali.. makes me say hhhhhhhhhmm?..Buyer Beware..Also Cookie packages sold out of UGH say Vendor on them..but in Cali packages say Brand...very strange ever since HARVEST and the Owner/Lawyer took over ..strains, brands, quality and to some degree staff has fell TF OFF!...really bad bcuz 5yrs Ago this was a REALLY GOOD dispensary with great deals, privately owned, great staff, great strains...it really is sad bcuz Marijuana is only medicinal in AZ...if Recreational I am sure AZ would get more quality driven dispensaries in AZ...BUYER BEWARE. what a bad experience at UGH

Urban Greenhouse was my best '1st time patient' visit in town. with the DOGO 1/8s I picked up 1oz medley all their sativa grows. also got the dj short blueberry which is colored with forest green indigo and purple, super bomb, perfect cure, smells and tastes like blueberries and lavender, seriously, some of the best I've had as a patient in az for 3 yrs. could use a little more space and security, but the people were awesome and helpful.

I posted a previous review under jdmaz. I would like to offer a follow up: My first few visits I had mixed feelings. Med strains were grade A, but service was inconsistent at best and meds were sometimes shaky. After posting that review, I found that on my next few visits the service was outstanding. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, informative and genuine. They also stepped up their game on making the prepacks look more like the sample jars, and all meds were fresh. They are expanding their concentrates and bringing in new strains as well. And What? Mastodon Crumble for how much? Prices and quality still set the standard. And if you have not tried the OG from UG, you are missing out. It's worth a drive across the state to pick up some of this amazing, delicious, & precious flower. I must give credit and respect when a business owner takes customer feedback to heart and steps up the game. I've never seen such a dramatic and speedy improvement. With top rate service, meds, and value, UG is nailing it and, in my mind, setting the bar for AZ. Nice work guys!

I came here at the last harvest fest before this previous one that was held. I interacted with a security guard. A a manager and 2 employees that day. The manager was kind and patient. She helped inform me on everything i needed to know. Same with the security guard. Kind and helpful. The woman at the front desk was awful, so rude. So so so rude. One of the worst interactions ive ever had at a dispensary. I had another employee approach me with a horrible rude attitude as well that day. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I never want to shop here again. Ive never had such an awful experience at a dispensary in two years. Like i genuinelu am really fucked up from my experience here. I dont ever want to come here again. If you want good customer service go to sol flower on university. Theyre so nice and helpful and make you feel like family and always provide great customer service. I like am panicking just thinking about my interactions with the two staff from harvest. Im so hurt. Your employees are mean. So mean and disrespectful. Like ive had good experiences at other harvests. Im scared to ever come back to this location. And i feel like this made me not want to go to any harvest at all any more. Like why would you hire employees that hurt medical patients feelings and be so mean.

Warning...if you are a DA do not go here. They just changed their policy and will no longer honor DA discounts except for Monday’s. They have not posted this on their website so be forewarned. They told me as they came to collect my order. Claimed it was Harvest their new owners who have changed this. I thought the first thing they came out and said was they were not changing things here when they bought it. Said it would run the same great way as usual, I guess that was a lie. Very disappointed by their communication and lack of care for fellow industry professionals.

This was my go to spot for several years then harvest bought them out and it went completely to shit. they need to mount a harvest sign and quit using urban greenhouse cause that era is dead.

My first visit will be my last! Terrible quality on the flower. Went back to exchange but what I got was the same dry hay smelling shit. Very unhappy how can they sell this even at discount prices it's not worth it.

My first time here was actually my first time ever in a dispensary, and I must say after now going to several different dispensaries throughout the valley, Urban Greenhouse was by far the most professional and best dispensary I have been to yet. Now having experience with several other places, I know that this will always be my go to place for quality medicine
