Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

UGD always provides a great experience with friendly and informed staff and management (John is usually present, if not personally tending). Product is always high quality, and so special that it is sometimes limited but there is always a wonderful choice in shatter, cones, caviar, even super cool slimJ's (which I would HIGHly recommend if you have yet to try). I could go on and on and yes, I have just medicated! But I can't go without mentioning the special greeting you get from the 'little guy' out front!

The staff was kind and they have an okay selection. They are out of stock, usually concentrates and e-pen cartridges often, but otherwise a good selection. They try new things, trial and error, but I enjoy and appreciate that. I recommend the concentrate that is nug ran, I think there other stuff may be trim. Not effective for me. I do recommend this spot if you're in the area, the staff alone makes it worth at least popping in.

It's a shame, this would've been a rave review for your MyRSO... 20% off edibles for one of your Wednesday deals, call to find out (luckily) because you don't consider RSO an edible?? (Yet it was for valentine's day...) May I ask what it is then? Also how do you take yours? The only proper I'm aware of is EATING it, hence the name "edible". It's not a 'concentrate' either, as it doesn't fall under that category of discounts either... You could have a regular RSO customer but seeing 20% off edibles, get all medically ready to go (which isn't easy for me) and now it's not an edible? You guys do have a decent price on RSO, but your flower is almost double what I pay for 5% higher thc flower another place.. their shatter also is half the price of your bho, and it's a far superior, super chilled ethanol process (claiming to be proprietary but whatever, it's imo as good or better the hands co2 even, def bho). And kief is 10$ a gram at another place. The ONLY thing you guys have that I want is RSO... I normally buy other deals anyway cuz I like trying things out, but today I won't even be buying because everything goes on sale except that. What a pity.

this is the worst dispensary in arizona the budtender meggo doesnt know anything shes talking about i had specific questions she failed to help me with. in the end ive tried calling them 3 times to speak to a manger and not once have i got a call back from them its like they really dont care about their customers. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I just received an email about a sale on their "Premium" strains. How can it be called Premium if they don't test THC and CBD levels?

Worst dispensary in arizona, they leave you waiting on the for a half hour plus everytime then they lie to you, Go to Pondarosa releaf instead with the trip

Urban has a new rule that does not allow a a couple to make a purchase together. They are treating adults like children. NEVER GOING BACK.

I think it’s funny how you send people away at 945 because you have to have them cashed out by 10 but when someone orders express to prevent this you still make them wait in a 10 minute line with everyone else when you have 3 employees standing around and 7 people in line. Very interesting business practice.

Although it's located in kinda a weird part of town, you wouldn't know it from the inside. They carry a good selection and will match you on any item if you're a 1st time patient!

I'm a long time 2yrs plus weekly customer. I love the bud tenders, security and product honestly I do. Never had an issue. But since the harvest merge I swear my fav dispo is turning into a cold mcdonalds. Its no longer about the PATIENT it seems to be about the CORPORATIONs pockets. I dont know why people fix things that aren't broke but its definitely going to cause a loss of quality customers. I may have taken my last ugd trip yesterday and im sad to say I didnt even get an order filled. ✌🏿

I used to shop here daily. Staff knows me on first name bases. Even before the corona virus this dispensary was going downhill. Rude new staff, lack of knowledge on products and prices, and the procedure per visit got difficult and awkward. Now that the corona virus has changed things it has gotten worst. I live across the street and won’t go here anymore

First of Megan the bud tender I had was rude from the first moment I stepped op to the counter had an attitude about any question I had to know about the products and made me feel very uncomfortable to purchase anything. Very disappointed

Urban Greenhouse is decent. The problem I have encountered is they package flower in plastic containers. The flower then sits on the shelf and is dry by the time its sold. If they packaged the flower in air tight glass jars the product would be much fresher and cured better. The flower is potent but I will only buy grams from here so the flower dont turn to complete dust before I smoke it.

It’s a bit crowded on most visits here. Concentrate selection is improving. The people helping the customers need as much help answering questions as the customers do.

The reward point system SUCKS!! They keep deleting your points, so if you purchase next time you come in they will be ERASED!! And the manager and staff WILL argue with you about it and tell you you haven’t signed up & aren’t doing your part in this. Although they make you do it EVERY TIME YOU ASK and have been doing it every time since the new reward point system started. This new reward system clearly does not work!!! It’s better to go rack up your money and points elsewhere ATP.

shorted me when 8 grams on an ounce,when it was still under urbans name. Waited along time to go back in, and thought will name change, maybe I'll get decent flower. I made a comment about being shorted when it s urban & they of course blamed it on urban. They told me they've owned it now since urban spoke out over a year and half ago. Then I asked what the date was of my last visit. and of course the visit was within that time frame, so technically it's harvest fault & they totally told on themselves! lying & bag shorting fools that tried to reassure me it would never happen again. 😂😅 As they were lying to my face

This was the first dispensary I ever went to. I have looked around at others but Urban Greenhouse continues to be the quality place with the quality flowers and the knowledgeable staff. Thank you.
