never a bad experience. everything I have purchased has been tasty and has helped with the relieve of my pain. the staff is always warm and friendly. love it.

I love the White Chocolate Carmel Brownies. Good flavor and does the trick for me to help me sleep pain free. I also really like Urban Greenhouse it's my dispensary of choice. Everyone is so great and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Would not recommend to anyone at all save your money for a real dispensary what a horrible 1st time patient experience, staff is not knowledgeable about quality on vapes or concentrates will not ever send money or even go to this dispensary again

very unhelpful staff, I would ask a question only to have the budtender ignore it and tell me what he thought was better, the prices are way over priced for a bland and honestly not good bud. the only good thing about this place was the music selection.

Cynthia is so amazing; she made my morning worthwhile after an awful experience at HERBAL WELLNESS CENTER she’s chill, easy to talk to and lighthearted. She ensured that urban took care of me and even helped Daniel daisy and chis (who were all friendly and efficient) when I was checking out. The original medication I ordered was hard to find, so the team found an alternative for me in my price range Despite the busy or slow days, this is the one dispensary that won’t ever piss me off Even the security guards remember me and ask about my dog ♥️

Website encourages patients to place orders online. It’s been almost 3 hours and no text to even confirm order. Stuff happens and I’m assuming it was super busy. I called to ask what the status was (hey who knows? Maybe there was a mix up?) before I could even finish the sentence the guy that answered the phone said “you know what, we’re busy we’re super and short staffed, just come in” and disconnected the call. Super rude! I understand when it’s stressful and busy it’s not easy to stay friendly but as a customer it is not my fault and I’m just trying to make things easier in the first place by placing the order. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed the store and products but if staff is going to react like that to a simple inquiry I’d rather find somewhere else.

every time I've come here I have nothing to complain about until yesterday.... MEG the budtender. working front desk is not where she belongs. full of attitude from the start, no willingness to answer a question. not welcoming at all.

On leafy,, their first time patients special reads,,spend 50$, get 50$ in store credit,,Nope,,, when you get there you find out its spend 100$ ,,get 50$ it's a fakeout to get you in the door,,this place is off my list of dispensaries

I’d love this shop IF I could trust them, but after the RSO disaster I cannot. They had a recall on RSO then knowing their inventory was low, they sold all remaining RSO to one guy, thus blowing up everyone else’s RSO treatment. I moved here specifically for RSO, literally a few blocks from this shop but after this I’d rather die than give them another nickel. I hope they rethink their recreational shop mentality, and start realizing that they have legit medical patients who’re sick. One guy buying 60 grand of RSO helps only one guy, duh. A med shop should have a policy in place to ration until inventory is back up to par and contact patients with the info, don’t wait until they drive over, wait in line, etc... and when you contact customers to explain it also give them a plan B on RSO options at local shops. It’s also mega insulting that after you blow up our RSO treatments, then 3 weeks later you send a text that you have a gram put back for us, at 20% off!! Woohoo!! That’s as insulting as it gets.

First time in today. They were a little hard to find but find them I did. Nice waiting area, blissfully cool from the blistering heat outside. (I felt bad for the security man as he stood there holding the door for me, it was sweltering today). I got in in less than 4 minutes, and the tender was ver y well informed. I asked questions and felt very comfortable. This place lived up to its name, Urban Greenhouse. I took advantage of their BOGO of their Mastadon Kush and Bubblegum, plus a gram of Sour D for free. They were fun and the guy who worked with me was very conversational. It was light but I could tell he took his business seriously. A++. Tried the meds when I got home, they're pretty awesome. I will be coming there again.

Another Dispensary trashed by harvest

Stopped by and picked up the DJ Short Blueberry Pura vape cartridge. Very nice blueberry flavor from inhale thru exhale. Took advantage of their FTP deal and received another cartridge (Grand Poppa?-can't remember...) also nice flower taste. Can't wait to go back soon. Take advantage of the FTP bogo- I wish my limit was higher, I would've bought an oz of flower to get another for free...

Online tge deals say one thing and when you go in there the deals are something else

🚨🚨🚨🚨don’t buy the shatter I have been a regular for years. I went in last week after purchasing 5 for 88 for three shattered that was crumble the product is Not worth the money. I placed an online order and saw the display of the shatter. I saw the quality was shitty asked to switch they refused. I called the store they said that it depends on the manager if it was her she would switch it. WOW inconsistency like it’s the luck of the drawl. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY WONT CARE IF THERE PRODUCT IS SHITTY THEY JUST LOST TWO CUSTOMERS

I used to love this place but now since its owned by Harvest expect service and quality to since to a new low. They are already stocking the shelves with Harvests crappy weed and the customer service sinking to a new low

this place is amazing, i suffer from capal tunnel, i get this cbd cream,one day i went in to to get some n the girl accidentally gave me the thc one so i said what the hell I'll try it, but it didnt work as well as the cbd one does so i called n asked if they carried the cbd because i was given Thc n it did nothing for me, well not only did they have it but they put it on hold n when i went in they gave it to me for free, i was so not expecting that... thank you for all your help my hands feel so much better on a daily now!!!

Went in to just grab some terp sauce, and had a great chat gaining some awesome knowledge and recommendations from my budtender and the gentleman who rang up my order. As a fellow budtender, that's that stuff I do like. Thanks for your help you guys
