The Worth store is a clean and professional establishment. James is very knowledgeable about all strains that come into this dispensary. He will make sure that you will fully understand what strain suites you best, and you can leave there feeling confident of your purchase. They also have a wide selection to choose from, including being able to have the ability to buy grams for smaller amount sampling. I'm very happy that I chose this store as my dispensary.

As a first time patron of Windy City Cannabis, I was very impressed by the staff's professionalism and knowledge in their product. James was very patient with me and was accommodating. He took the time to really help me understand the different types of strains and I highly recommend aid.

It's a little scary at first with the bulletproof glass and doors and what not but once you're inside it is so warm and friendly! I felt very safe and they took real good care of me.

What do orgasms and Windy City Cannabis have in common? Both are exciting, pleasurable experiences, and each time i experience either, i want more! I brought my friend who knows about cannabis because i knew little. The staff treated us as if we were family and LISTENED to the reasons to why we use this special medicine. Any novice cannabis user or expert would enjoy their first time here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The few times I have came . The entire team have been extremely helpful and made me feel like was family. Every time I come i see the security officer with the tattoos and blues eyes and he always greets me and makes it seems like we been friends for years. The bud tenders are extremely helpful and knowledgeable everytime I come i learn somthing . The environment at worth is great it makes me enjoy my product that much more.

Everyone here is very friendly! Usually a good selection of products for medical. Not to sure about what is available on the recreational menu. If you see something you want to try or know you like, better order it early or else it will sell out pretty quickly. Not as bad as it was the 1st of the year or course. Overall I've never had a bad experience with this location or any other Windy City Cannabis locations. Keep up the good work guys!
Very pleasant experience in the store which continued into the evening. I loved the woman who gave me what I ordered. She was so nice and funny too!

So done with Curaleaf in general. Their customer service is the all time worst customer service out there. Most of the in store employees aren’t bad, but if there was a problem with any order they can’t do Jack to help you. You can’t call customer service because it’s out sourced and they give you incorrect information, so you go through the website when there was an issue with your order and they never respond. It took me a month to get a response about being charged for the wrong product and that response was “we heard everything worked and out glad we could help” when NOTHING was resolved. The same issue almost happened again at the counter and the manager could only discount the products to get them close to the correct price and customer service thought that was me getting reimbursed my $60. I responded to that email and the “how did we do” email irate and still had no one reach out to me. Now I looked on their site and the product is labeled correctly but is STILL listed as twice the price. What’s worse is other curaleaf locations have the product at the correct $15 price, where this one is ripping off its customers hoping they won’t notice they’re selling a 50mg CBD/THC product at the same price they sell the 100mg CBD/THC version. You won’t see me walk in here again.
I have been to a couple of dispensaries but I always come back to curaleaf it so welcoming and friendly

I've noticed a particular trend, whenever the cashier is John I always walk out upset. 3 out of 3 times he has cashed me out now I've walked out with my mood ruined. He's rude, impatient, and doesn't even try to give any kind of customer service. They always tell you its two green buttons and a red when paying with a debit card and he gets rude and impatient if you don't hit the buttons instantly. He must not realize that I am using my debit card and I may want to read what the screens say. He's done that every time. This last time the debit machine was down and after trying multiple times he just looks up at me and only says "we'll that'll be 110 dollars" with this "I guess your S.O.L." attitude about him. I ask what do I do because I only had my card and he motioned to the ATM machine. I ask if there's a fee on the atm and he says "of course" with an attitude. Again speaking to his complete lack of caring for the customer in anyway. Do yourselves a favor and promote this guy to customer, he is not doing anything positive for your business. Negative experiences travel much further and these are the situations that I think of when talking to anyone about curaleaf in Worth. I am sure he is doing this to lots of your other customers.
