Jordan and James were fabulous. They really take the time to listen to your needs and explain their products. You can tell they're very knowledgeable about the different strains and I was impressed with their customer service.

What do orgasms and Windy City Cannabis have in common? Both are exciting, pleasurable experiences, and each time i experience either, i want more! I brought my friend who knows about cannabis because i knew little. The staff treated us as if we were family and LISTENED to the reasons to why we use this special medicine. Any novice cannabis user or expert would enjoy their first time here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

For my first time in a dispensary, I was highly impressed. The staff was very welcoming and my “bud-tender” Ed was very helpful. Understanding, knowledgeable, and patient. The whole experience was positive. Looking forward to being in less pain and better spirits.

Absolutely the worst selection in different products! Only 17 products in all of store. Are they closing down. Place used to be decent. I leave the country and come back 6 months later and wow.

Everyone here is very friendly! Usually a good selection of products for medical. Not to sure about what is available on the recreational menu. If you see something you want to try or know you like, better order it early or else it will sell out pretty quickly. Not as bad as it was the 1st of the year or course. Overall I've never had a bad experience with this location or any other Windy City Cannabis locations. Keep up the good work guys!

Atmosphere is muddy,tenders are arrogant. Just,cashiers with shitty sttitudes. The girl that looks like John Lennon waited on me. Just imature humans. NOTHING SPECIAL

As a first time patron of Windy City Cannabis, I was very impressed by the staff's professionalism and knowledge in their product. James was very patient with me and was accommodating. He took the time to really help me understand the different types of strains and I highly recommend aid.

It's a little scary at first with the bulletproof glass and doors and what not but once you're inside it is so warm and friendly! I felt very safe and they took real good care of me.

I loved their service there, #TopNotch and I will refer anyone who asks which dispensary in Chicago to go to!!! 💯💯💯

Very pleasant experience in the store which continued into the evening. I loved the woman who gave me what I ordered. She was so nice and funny too!

So done with Curaleaf in general. Their customer service is the all time worst customer service out there. Most of the in store employees aren’t bad, but if there was a problem with any order they can’t do Jack to help you. You can’t call customer service because it’s out sourced and they give you incorrect information, so you go through the website when there was an issue with your order and they never respond. It took me a month to get a response about being charged for the wrong product and that response was “we heard everything worked and out glad we could help” when NOTHING was resolved. The same issue almost happened again at the counter and the manager could only discount the products to get them close to the correct price and customer service thought that was me getting reimbursed my $60. I responded to that email and the “how did we do” email irate and still had no one reach out to me. Now I looked on their site and the product is labeled correctly but is STILL listed as twice the price. What’s worse is other curaleaf locations have the product at the correct $15 price, where this one is ripping off its customers hoping they won’t notice they’re selling a 50mg CBD/THC product at the same price they sell the 100mg CBD/THC version. You won’t see me walk in here again.

The last few months have been ridiculous: 1. Prices not being honored with online orders, blame management. 2. Not knowing why I could not get medical prices when my receipt clearly stated that i was still well within my allotment (12 grams left). even if user error own up to it. please don't say you don't know why. 3. Recreational patience getting impatient that medicals go first. This should be brought to their attention when they walk in so screaming matches occur on Wana Weds. This happens quite often. **The New Lenox location has friendlier staff and better inventory for having 1/4 of cubic office space.

The Worth store is a clean and professional establishment. James is very knowledgeable about all strains that come into this dispensary. He will make sure that you will fully understand what strain suites you best, and you can leave there feeling confident of your purchase. They also have a wide selection to choose from, including being able to have the ability to buy grams for smaller amount sampling. I'm very happy that I chose this store as my dispensary.
