All flower taste and feel the same, the flower deals always seems to be dry, never again be back

I 💘 love the set up of this dispensary so much. It's like a "regular store" the building size windows are wide open, so passer-by's can look and see the whole operation, but can't get into the back part of the dispensary where the medication is without a card. Great deals and the edible assortment is super AWESOME!

Can I exchange an 1/8 of grow science I recently purchased? It has a harsh chemical taste that makes my sinuses burn in a bad way.

#1 they employees should be friendly and caring... It seemed like patients were a bother to them... #2 they charge $50 for an 1/8th PLUS TAX... #3 the selection of flower in store was half of what they had online.. Jusy did not feel welcomed.. :(

Very generic. Nothing special. False advertising! They do not, in fact, do BOGO on all Yilo products as they claim. Bait and switch. Too many other great shops to ever go back here. First and last visit. Peace

This is by far the worst despinsry and worst customer service I've seen at one as well. the budtender told me one price ring me up for a different price just because their internet was down that's total BS when I brought it to their attention they try to act like they were doing me a favor by bringing it back down to its original price 😂💯 BS. not to mention as I was walking out the door and leaving the made me feel like I was being talked about amongst the employees as they where all starting at me talking total of 4 employees as I was the only one in the store. I won't be returning to this dispensary they get two thumbs down I do not recommend yilo at anyone there are many other dispensaries that are welcoming and won't lie and try to bs you.

Not sure on the bud tender's name, but the guy with short black hair is extremely unprofessional. This is not the first time he has been snappy, rude and unhelpful. He even told me I should grow my own product when I complained of their product containing seeds in the past. I have been a loyal Yilo supporter for a while now, but this has reached its limit. I will for sure leave and drive somewhere else, than purchase here if he is working.

I always feel like I've just been violated after leaving here. High prices and weed that turns to dust as soon as you open it. The display they have you look at is not what you will be getting. And good luck with asking them to open it so you can look at it, guess it's not allowed? I go out of my way to avoid this place.

It is unacceptable that Yilo allows patients into their dispensary who are not wearing a face mask. City and county regulations have very clearly required masks in public for weeks. I will not spend money at any business that puts others comfort above my personal safety. Goodbye Yilo!!

Drove 7 miles to this dispensary because there open until 10 pm. I got there at 9:48 to check in and the girl asks if I have been there before, I said no. She said actually we don't take new patients past 9:45. Unbelievable, I will never go back.

I went in about four days ago and bought a quarter ounce of flower and while I was smoking it heard a pop and tasted seeds. I then started to break down the buds to find more seeds in the batch about 5-6 in total, I went in and spoke with your store manager in hopes he was going to make things right the store manager refused to do anything for me even after telling him he would lose a good customer and also telling him if he didn't make things right I would be forced to leave bad reviews he then offers me 20% off my next purchase which I responded I will not be making any further purchases until my last one is made right! I hate to do this but at this point I feel really disrespected and disappointed in Yilo they had the audacity to tell me it wasn't uncommon that people get seeds in the flower which I also hope is untrue I've been to dispensary's all over the country and only one time have I had the same issue and the store manager gave me what I paid for from another batch I really hope we can make this right or not only will you have lost a customer but I will also start spreading the word of like the store manager said how "common” people have seeds in there flower from YiLo dispensary.

We are working so hard to have cannabis recognized as a legitimate medicine. Why on earth would you market something as a Covid immune stabilizer? I recently came here to experience their iced coffee what an interesting concept that is I was so excited to find out it was available and Indica and sativa form. It was really pleasing at first until I open the product at home and found this gooey almost moldy like curdled milk balls were in all of these coffee’s. Upon ingestion I found it to be extremely disgusting it added a almost hard like texture I went to examine my other coffee’s to find the same thing. I decided to go back a couple of days later and the bud tender was less than friendly about it. Stating that he could not identify what the substance was or if it was healthy to ingest it he was in such a hurry to get me out I almost regret tipping him the last time I saw him. But nonetheless they did replace the Items in question. So I drove all the way to the other side of town just to get home and have the exact same thing happen again. I find it unprofessional that they can run their own production line of food and not be held to the same standards as the rest, apart from medical cannabis Nonetheless I don’t think I will be checking them out anytime soon apart from there Edible line I’m not too sure if they sell any of their own house products.

Disappointed. Stopped by this morning bought two grams of the special of day. I asked when I purchased if it was sticky. The budtender I was speaking to said, it better be. It wasn't. The nugs were broken little pieces and stems. Dried up to the point that when I tried to clean it, it desentegrated to dust. Big let down. There's $18 down the drain that I really didn't have to throw away. If I had wanted shake, I would have raked my backyard. The help there were nice but shouldn't make you believe you are buying something that you are not.

Good location, but more like a Walgreens, no privacy at all. I read reviews saying their flowers were dry, so I went all out with top shelf & it smelled & looked great. All my flower is in a humidor now, because even at $20/g its dry as hay. The wax is like goo, no shatter & only one strain. They should tint their windows & invest in a decent grower. They sell clones too, but for about 95% of the patients, their illegal to own.. I'd only go back in a pinch, not my favorite dispensary.

Have been here 5 times and flower quality sucks, it's always dry and has no smell. The edibles are extremely overpriced.

Great store, top of the line selection, awesome budtenders. First time visit, spent 175, but your Leafly add says a free black hat??? The co2 YiLo syringe of vaping concentrate was just horrible, tastes like cardboard and no relief for my symptoms in any way.

First time deal ;Grow sciences in glass jars,kosher kush and motor breath.Both very dry,less fragrent and less potent. Second visit; King louiexiii;a quater in 2 separate glass jars. Both jars,bone dry,and when cut with scissors,went total dusty! ALL Top shelf,the most expensive in the house!Very Dissapointing!
