this is a really good dispensary as far as deals and customer service goes, the actual flower is the worst quality I've gotten. always dry and never anything spectacular. you get what you pay for I suppose.

agree with previous reviewer security guard was a joke was no help whatsoever seemed like he had a side hustle going on on his phone the other time entire time we were there trying to shop with my lady we both have cards he made it damn near impossible once we got inside everything was great and smooth people were really nice and very very helpful

Muv lacks quality buds and staff. The buds used to be good nowadays it's swag. I swear I just found a riped off scabby fingernail in my weed. And to top that off they gave me the wrong strain. Staff is hit or miss when it come to customer service. Really bad shop nowadays

Always out of what I want. Waited 30min today and asked for 3 things and they were out. Had to leave with nothing in hand and visited a different dispensary.

Stopped in here after visiting their booth at the Cannabis Expo and was happy I did. Very nice people out there explained everything I had questions about and showed me some very nice bud. Thanks!

I was excited to try to use "Hypur" today (the cashless payment system this, and other dispensaries, promote in their lobby) but couldn't because no one in the dispensary knows how to use it. Thoroughly embarrassing for me. Maybe train your people to know how to use the very systems you promote? Maybe not make your customers look foolish in front of everyone? This experience definitely makes me want to find another dispensary. One that at least doesn't humiliate customers.

Today I will make my 4th trip to High Desert Healing. This is an awesome dispensary! Very clean and the service is excellent. Every time I've been there they have been very fast, very friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had. Always fast service has never left me waiting longer than 3-5 minutes at the most and the entire visit is usually less than 10 minutes or so. Good choice of high quality strains, concentrates, and edibles available,...lots of variety. I can't find anything negative to say. They're awesome! And I can't say enough good about the staff. Always very friendly and helpful and offer very fast service with a smile. I'll be a regular here. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

I love Müv. The Budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of their flower surpasses any dispensary in the area. They just added a new generous rewards program and they have fabulous edible deals consistently.

I won’t come back. Three minutes after they open and a 30 minute wait time. Only dispensary I go that literally has a 20+ minute wait time every single time. Was my favorite, I will now never return

never any good deals really and when they do you have to be there right when they first open in order to get those deals or else they're out by noon. rarely is anyone friendly. Just got off the phone with the receptionist and a budtender, both female, they've run out of the shatter deal today and neither were apologetic, it was like as if I was bothering and inconviencing them. they clearly just want your business and money but do nothing in trying to keep you as a satisfied customer. Plus their weed that they grow and use is weak and the taste isn't the best by any means. wouldn't suggest.

I called in to confirm that they received my Leafly pickup order and they were very rude and said that they still had 3 orders ahead of me, I was just calling to make sure that they received it because I didn't get a confirmation text. Then I get there to pickup my order and the total is wrong. The deals on Leafly that the daily deal for Friday is 30% off MUV products except for pre rolls and shatter. Well I got a MUV pod for my G Pen and they wouldn't take the 30% off because pods aren't included in the discount. I've bought pods here multiple times and they have given me the discount, if that has changed you need to update your deals on Leafly. I come to this location because it's hard to find the pods for my G Pen but I will have to start looking into other locations due to your poor customer service.
