Zen Leaf – Cave Creek Road

This place is great! They do have quality flower. I would like to see more promotions with some of the top shelf strains. Whether that’s 10 or 20% off, just something to motivate me to get my favorites! Their promotions are pretty decent for the most part, the popcorn buds promotions did steer me away until those were over. As far as their flower: Coconut Crunch is some of the most beautiful flower I’ve ever seen! The staff is helpful and friendly, The waiting room can get a little crowded but only at certain times. I just think that means they are successful at what they do! It won’t be long before they will have to expand! (And that’s a good thing!) I am a returning customer, so they will always have my business!

Price didn’t match. I got an 1/8 of Cheisl flower online it said 20 receipt said 28 bucks. Small buds more like popcorn buds then a mid tier flower. I don’t like how they won’t show you the flower when you do pick up it’s a crap shoot when you do pick up.

No parking and pickup orders are always 15 to 30 min wait. Nice staff, and decent deals, but it's a constant hassle to come here.

This dispensary has gone downhill the last three times I’ve been there. Today, three people asked to see my drivers license, two people asked to see my medical card, and three people who were in line behind me went in before me and were out before me. I waited well over 20 minutes. I come here once a week and spend a lot of money. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They don’t even recognize me, not even the guards and front end people who I see and say hello to every time. I’ll be driving a little further from now on and going to health for life where they recognize me, are super friendly, awesome customer service, and excellent product. Goodbye Muv.

Picked up one of their flower specials and it’s the worst quality I’ve seen in a long time. Twice now I have been very disappointed and I want to like this place. Not sure about their other stuff but the bud they put on sale is horrible and not worth your money at all.

Horrible wait and security guy was rude to me. As a person who is in management. my wait was almost a hour. I ordered on lefty and waited in line,and 3 others in line behind weren't first. How dose that work. and with someone with asthma asked to set inside and wa told no,if u leave ur place, you'll lose your spot. I am very disappointed. I don't think I will come back after today.

Been here twice and the service and staff is ridiculous. They are rude and don’t seem to care or realize they are working with patients and medicines. They are very slow and don’t seem to do do anything to make life any more easier in there for anyone. Definitely find somewhere else to get the same meds with a better staff.

Well I was a customer for a while and tried to be happy there My first visits were ok, but as time went on things got stressful. When they accepted phone orders, i got used to that. Called in one day and was hung up on & not told why. Just hung up on! Needless to say I wasn't very happy. So I stopped in & had that discussion. They didn't mention until face to face. They stopped taking orders and moved to leafly. Even gave it a chance again several times. Even a though I felt awkward going in. And The staff at window was overly nice & tried to relate to having lyme disease. Which I have and mentioned it being my reason I use medical marijuana. Felt stroked along, with fake care & concern etc Staff has lied to me about hiring, meds, & other staff. I looked past that being my ultimate goal is to get meds not make friends. But seeing as how I live a block away. I try to be very personable at first. But I've realized over time they don't care. Been asking to have them carry a particular brand. But they don't listen, and it's 🔥 Hell even my mom who lives around the corner. I don't appreciate my mother being disrespected. That's the final push for me , with leaving empty handed twice lately.. Today due to them no longer accepting card. And the ATM fees kinda kill, so way. Sorry muv , you're not showing love to your locals.

Zen on Cave Creek does not exist, it is being opened as a new store, and their web site says open, but they were just kidding. MUR down the street is the dispensary till the Zen opens. MUR is the worst operation in the Phoenix industry. Ordered on-line, the online is also covered by the check in resources. Waited 20+ mins, 8 walk ins came, got their orders and left before I even was called. I just found Emerald is also owned by these clowns, time for a new favorite dispensary. Mur could be a more incompetent operation even if they tried. Never again.

Assisted by Emilee D. She neglected to review my leafy order which ended up being wrong. This bud tender was not given adequate training. Waiting area is a mess no organization for people waiting. I had to wait until everyone who was checking in just to pick up a order made online.

Love that I have MuV as an option for delivery now. You guys have better specials than the place I used before.

had a deal I placed on Express for carts. I never had carts and they had a promo bogo on carts and a free battery. I place the order a hr before. I arrived and they sold me the carts and I asked where is the battery. they ran out hours ago. now I have no way to smoke the carts and they tried selling me a battery. when I mentioned hey it still on your website misleading. they they shrugs and said would you like a refund. it so simple to no do your customers right. its no convenient to drive to find out they dont account and didn't post wsl

Every single employee I've seen and worked with have seemed to actually enjoy their job and be genuinely happy and take getting you what you want seriously. Muv is definitely my go to dispensary. I'd give it a shot regardless of where you're at in the Valley

if your a rookie or newbie to marijuana this is the place togo! wasn't very happy with my purchase... their topshelf at best is some good day time smoke, but nothing to write home about, asked the bud tender to recommend the best of the best. grease monkey and gmo are ok at best... I had to literally roll up 2 grams to get that really good high. I smoke due to back pain, smoked some before bed woke up at 2am wide wake and in pain... wth? high doesn't last long. not going back this place is over rated

Great staff, actually my favorite dispensary except for one huge complaint that won’t apply to everyone. You can NOT see or smell your concentrates and it led to me receiving 3 grams of the wrong product today. Patients need to know what they are buying ESPECIALLY when it comes to concentrates!

Horrifying experience. Was yelled at and disrespected by the receptionist. Had cancelled my order with no reason or explanation. I’m epileptic on a fixed income- to have my seizure preventative medicine cancelled on me, and then to be yelled at and argued with when I call in to ask about this is inexcusable. This is NOT patient focused behavior. Make a sale on someone else, I’ll go to be treated like a real patient elsewhere. If you are a patient, Go to any dispensary but this one.

Don't come here unless you want to wait 40 minutes before you go to the back. Slowest staff of any dispensary period.
