i was missing items from my order..but the employee was to distracted with his phone and talking that he didnt bag the item..35 minute line outside to come inside for that service is ridiculous..

I am a valid card holder who lost their ID and have a replacement on the way and a temporary but was denied service because I dont have physical copy with me.(But my face is on the picture people from AZ health services!!!!)Due to covid-19 wait times to get ID from DMV are extremely long! Good to know they could care less ...customer who is without their meds.

Long wait. They got decent bud here but you are definitely going to have to wait for a long time. If there are people outside waiting just know it will be 30 minutes to a hour before u get inside to wait even longer.

I normally love my visit with this place. Not this time. Tyler C. was very rude and unprofessional toward my friend and myself. He first tries to tell me as a medical patient that the reason I am not sleeping is because of the cannabis, his doctor says. My doctor recommended it to me for PTSD nightmares and sleep by the way. I had a pre-order and the areopay did not work even though I had enough to pay for the 27$ and change worth of items. I had 31.50 in that account. You need to have $42.00. I showed Tyler what I had. I went to the ATM, called my friend over so she could transfer money to me real quick so I could use the ATM again because the Areopay was not working. It was my first time using it. I came back to Tyler who now had taken another customer even though he said he would be right there for me, and tells me I can get back in line if I want to. I found out he told my friend prior to me calling her over to the ATM that he needed to get back to work...yes it was busy, with customers....I am one of those customers and the entire transactions would have been short. There was no time for me as the medical patient that I am even though the areopay did not work and I needed to go to the ATM to get the money to pay for my PTSD medicine that does work for me to be able to sleep nightmare free and just sleep in general...I also can't eat well without it. Be carful, as a patient I did not get the quality of care I feel we all should get when picking up our meds at this place of service. Now how should I feel about their new pay system and Tyler. I don't want drama at my store when I go for my med pick up. I hope I don't have to move due to lack of care.

Everyone I have dealt with has been super nice. Today was my first time doing a leafly pickup and it was convenient. There was a patient ahead of me who also had an online order and I'm not sure what she was complaining about but she started getting loud and the girl at the front stayed calm and handled it and de-escalated to where the loud woman apologized.

Avoid this place. They sell faulty disposable cartridges and refuse to help. Would not replace nor refund.

I have a deal for sublime catridges that started on monday and expires in November. It says it in bright red letters when it expires. I go in to buy cartridges and the MANAGER denies me because it has ANOTHER date on it. Well it has the expiration date right there! The fact that the manager wouldn't honor what is clearly right there in black and red letters is very wrong and not good customer service. Won't be coming back to this location anymore. Also take out the golf course out front and put some more parking in. Are u trying to get your patients ticketed? Never had issues here before until today.

George knows his stuff when it comes to flower...hasn't steered me wrong yet. Thanks for helping me find some good sativas and sativa dominant hybrids! Excellent customer service and strain knowledge.

just tried the pink og. great stuff took my pain away, and it was a nice body high, and the service was great aswell very friendly people and atmosphere.

I came in for my first time and was generally impressed! I got the gorilla glue #5 and the pink og. The selection at HDH is great! Even some exotics. Also the budtender was very kind and welcoming to me. Thank you guys! I had a great experience at HDH, often I am disappointed when visiting new dispensaries, but nope! Not this time
