First time... and not disappointed bud was pretty bomb...my bud tender hooked it up with some papers which was cool got a free gram AND a free pre roll (shake but still on point) for joining the text alerts!! Awesome place... Gabrielle (probably not spelling that right sorry) just MADE the experience here 10x better!! Def will return.

Super unhappy. I have been coming here for 8 months using the leafly pickup and never a problem. The last 3 times I have ordered there has been a problem. This time they tried to give me the wrong product. I CLEARLY ordered a wake terp cart which is CLEARLY ON MY LEAFLY RECEIPT and they tried to give me something completely different and the chick at the window tried to correct me like I was the idiot who ordered wrong. IT'S YOUR PEOPLE WHO DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS WHEN THEY PUT TOGETHER THE ORDER. The guy in front of me had an issue too which made it take longer to get my order when I'm usually in and out in 5 mins. I don't know what is going on lately but this dispensary and people are slipping.

MUV is the best!! I've been a card holder for 7 years and have tried most. MUV uses SUPURB delivery service and they deliver right to your door. They have amazing products the MUV brand select cartridges are my go to. The discounted ounces and half ounce are perfect for a heavy smoker like myself. I had an excellent experience at this dispensary location. Super knowledgeable staff, excellent vibe very up beat customer care & nice quality Products. I’ve been using the MUV 1to1 pain cream on my aching shoulders/neck area works really good. Hope to try some of the patches soon. 😁👍 it’s a bit far from my house but well worth the drive.

I started using mobile ordering for the quick and convenience. But lately it seems the walkin are in and out quicker than mobiles

I placed a Leafly order this morning. Still haven't been notified that the order was confirmed. You can't speak with anyone on the phone as it goes straight to voicemail. Now Leafly is showing they are out of the concentrates I ordered.

Maybe assign appointment times for the summer, that way people aren’t being over exposed to the heat waiting outside?

Products are good and the service is okay but the wait time is way too long, even for pickup orders, the wait time is over 15 mins average. The wait is too long in my opinion and not worth it. Even after informing the staff I had a pick up order, I had to wait and when I reminded them again, they didnt really seem to care.

Terrible service. Placed a leafly pick up order wasn’t ready after 2 hours of sending the order. When I got there they still couldn’t help me and it was a long drive for me.

Great dispensary, it's only 1 min away from my house and they always have great deals on flower . A little bit of a wait but it's worth it

Location and bud tenders are great, but Be prepared to wait! On BOGO days, you will wait 45 min. Normal service with no special deals takes around 20 - 30 min. Parking is a joke. I want to continue to love this place. I have been coming here since High Desert times. It gets a bit harder to come back every time.

My favorite by far. Best quality meds and people available. A must visit for any patient.
