I placed my first pick up order, and I understand that I went at a high traffic time, but I waited over 30 mins for my pick up order that was already ready for pick up 2hrs prior to when I got there. The lady running the counter was very nice, but not very efficient at moving the orders through, there were people who came in to go back to the store that arrived at the same time as me and were taken back before I got my Pick up order. I’ve never experienced this kind of situation at any other dispensary and I’m hoping this was a one off and pickups will not be as time consuming in the future.

Every time I visit, the staff is awesome. Anytime I have a question, it’s answered and they’re always ready to help to give you the best deal. The only problem I have ever had is that I didn’t have any luck with the baked brothers syrup. I still have some left in the bottle, I tried but it just didn’t work for me. Trees and dabs?? 🥳👏🎊

Great place

The staff is always friendly and willing to make small talk. they don't make it uncomfortable and they are also knowledgeable.

Pretty ridiculous that it’s a thirty+ minute wait at this place an hour before close on a Wednesday night. Tons of riff raff come to this place as well and it’s always packed. Expect to sit there forever with your thumb in your ass.

This place is so great, so much better than the place that was there before, they have amazing bud for the BEST prices!! They're popcorn 1/2 oz for $45 are so great and especially for the price and half the time the nugs aren't even popcorn they're full nugs and they always have 2 or more choices!!!!

Always fills my orders promptly, I usually get the same woman at the window and she’s always pleasant and helpful and your prices are awesome you’re my number one spot that I go to.

These folks are the best I gotta say I went in a few times with issues on a g pen but they were so patient and kind with helping me resolve the issue. The Muv pods are great could use some work on the delivery system but the product itself is amazing. I’ll be buying them again soon but seriously every single manager and employee was great to me thank you all so much!

I did an express order. 38 minutes after checking we finally completed the transaction. Express isn’t that fast, just check in and go to the back. The one girl trying to handle express who lost her glasses makes for a long wait . Oh and they can’t cancel order and let you go in the back after a preorder. Just a very bad experience. Never had a problem before but this time was just plain painful and time consuming..
