Terrible service. Placed a leafly pick up order wasn’t ready after 2 hours of sending the order. When I got there they still couldn’t help me and it was a long drive for me.

Although it’s a great place. Nobody that works there was wearing a mask. I’m immune compromised, so it was a little scary. If I could find the strain they have in my cartridges elsewhere. I’d stop going there until this is over.

Bought a gram of goldsmith extracts distillate that had mold, made me terribly sick. Decided to try goldsmith extracts again at another dispensary, same reaction. Owner Cameron of Goldsmith claims it isn’t possible in the distillation process 🤔 Taking distillate to have it tested for mold. Be careful where you buy your distillate from, especially if you’re susceptible.

I think it could definitely be better. Over all a great location and service...just the quality. $50 on some sauce. That was not well taken care of...all the sauce was where it wasn’t supposed to be;on the cap.

Some sweetheart named Kristina greeted me. She was much more accommodating & inviting then other dispensaries. Also, it doesn’t hurt that she smiles. I went their for cartridges but I had to purchase flower. My strains were, Carmel Apple Gelato, Lemmon Head OG, Black Cherry Soda, & Ancient OG. The flower was not the problem. This place had almost no option for vape carts. The vape cartridges some clients use have no BHOS, are solvent free, and do not emit dangerous chemicals during or after use. George, was also great a bud tender. If Leafly would allow me to rating for greet & bud tender then I’d give them a perfect rating. I just couldn’t get serviced for what I wanted and it was frustrating being it was my first visit.

High desert healing has very good flower but I would say steer clear of the snow cones and shake pre-rolls. The snow cones do not smoke well until you are more then halfway through them and for $25 dollars a piece you expect a perfect smoke. The pre-rolls are mostly leaf instead of mug shake. Aside from that they serve quality medicine as long as you avoid those two products you will have no complaints about High Desert Healing.

Great value with their specials, otherwise this place is way way overpriced. This location has the feel of a cheap/sleazy "narco-mill" office. The customer service person behind the counter didn't know pot from potted plants. Go here ONLY FOR SPECIALS.

Garbage. Placed an order and order was cancelled on my way there. Called to find out what happened, no answer and i was transferred to customer service line. They put me on hold for 15 mins trying to “figure out the issue” then finally when they get back on the line they say “sorry still waiting on an answer, should only be another 5-10”. People like this give us cannabis users a bad name. Complete waste of time

I just checked in. Walked to online order spot and they took the walk in that checked in after me before me. I don’t get it. If walk in and online are the same why are there two different lines?

Weed is weed, edibles too. When sales people can’t figure sales tax correctly with a machine, they’re in the wrong job. Paying attention matters. I won’t be back.

Convenient location, clean and easy to find. Staff is very knowledgeable and the most friendly valley wide. the Best about HDH is the pricing and the quality of Medicicne, one of the bes t around, always a wonderful experience

Nice shop with a very helpful staff. The prices are comparable to other dispensaries in the area. They also peddle “B Buds”, which are cheaper and, in my experience, just as good as their regular offerings.
