Great staff vibe, environment was ok. First time patient so slightly disappointed that this is how y’all are represented. My flower was drier than my nonexistent tinder inbox. $50 1/8 should have been free. It’s the worst flower I’ve had to date. Asked for a specific syringe distillate; got their brand instead at a $5 increase. Didn’t even notice til I got home. Will never return again.

The very first time here I filled out the paperwork to register I was unable to purchase anything due to only having a .3 or .5 g so I was told I could come back to use my first time patient special. The following week I went back and wanted to get my bogo on the concentrates. So when I went back the budtender a man was rude made me feel uncomfortable to the point I will not come here again..I was telling him what had happened on my initial visit etc. This man basically called me a liar saying he doesn't know that I didn't get anything I could be making it up etc. Which he could have seen by looking up my allotment on the initial visit I did not purchase anything. But instead he continued on treating me like a liar. So after a few more minutes he gave me the special. I first asked for honey banana shatter, wax etc. He advised I needed to pick something else mind you I wanted a gram. So I picked another one in the same tier again I wanted a gram of the 20 dollar one so that gram would have been my bogo. I then asked for a .5g of a 14 dollar shatter wax etc. Completed that transaction then I wanted a gram of flower of which he originally charged me 15 I questioned why it was 15 when it clearly said 10 dollars after correcting he advised me I needed to make my purchases all at the same time so basically chastising me in front of others. So after this horrid experience I leave get home only to see he gave me a .5 of the 20 tier and not the.5 other gram of the 20 but he marked my 14 tier .5g purchase as the free one totally screwing my order up and the bud I got chastised for purchasing was super dry wish I had saved that ten. Basically a horrible experience did not receive the items I wanted got treated like shit. If the budtender doesn't like dealing with people they should get another job! I will never spend money in this establishment again!

This place is terrible. They consistently cannot figure out how to do Leafly pick up. I sat in the lobby for 15 min watching everyone else that got there after me be helped. Shouldn’t pick up be faster than walking up??? Every other dispensary is like that. Get it together. Don’t bother. So many other places do a better job.

I would give more stars if I were not quick change artist by my bud tender. She stole my rewards money thinking I would not look at my receipts. I called the store 3 days in a row for management. I have my receipts with the times and you all have the video monitoring. It was almost seven dollars which she stole after I tipped her. What is she stealing from the company and how long has this been going on. I am very disappointed

you would think this place would get a clue but they don't. only reason people came here in the first place was for the deals. flower here was always dry but at least it was cheap. can't wait to see u guys go down in 🔥

Call before you go because they will confirm it you will get there and they not have it I drove a whole hour waited in line for them not to have it and I pre-ordered but when you got there it was first come first serve

Per my experience, Müv has been a hit or miss on good product. But what really drove me away from giving my business to this dispensary were the staff, congested parking, and the other buildings that looked a bit sketchy. First, the older lady at the front desk is so rude & snippy towards people. When she calls someone's name in line, and if that person isn't present, no joke... she acts like Roz from Monsters Inc. and grumbles like an angry grandma. Secondly, after finishing a transaction, I tipped the budtender.... she didn't say "Thank you." She didn't move an inch to acknowledge me. They have potential... but never seem to satisfy

extremely dry flower not worth the high prices. We want quality medicine not trash. I am so disappointed in all the dispensaries except for The Giving Tree. That's where you will get good quality and decent prices on their house strains.

Management is extremely unprofessional especially Jack. He is a hypocrite and talks about people. I heard him talking about another staff to another employee. What kind of manager or man is he? Is this tolerated in your establishment? Are you aware he does this and his behavior or is this okay with you? He's not a real manager. Why don't you up grade your managers with skills and not that spread rumors. This is an absolute toxic environment and would not come back because he's behavior. Go to Mint or anywhere else that has real professionals.

6 hour wait on pickup, you won't even get what your ordering. won't let you in line, basically told you to screw yourself. never going again.

They do not honor first patient special deals even though the manager on the phone said they would honor it. They are extremely unprofessional and I cannot believe that they don’t honor your first time patient because of someone on there end not doing there job correctly. I will make sure to tell everyone this experience and to never waste your time or energy since they didn’t care about wasting mine.

First time I came here I had a budtender named Katie she was nothing more then amazing, she had the knowledge of all the products also was very friendly and most definitely will be back plus all prices include tax. Katie also let me and my husband try a MUV Lemon Infused Gram that flavor was amazing love the MUV dispensary

Everytime I go it's amazing the staff is warm and welcoming. Any knowledge or caliber of user can come and leave satisfied. Don't sleep on the inhaler! it's a life saver

The Muv is a new dispensary that just took over High Desert healing in north Phoenix. Parking is kinda sucky small strip mall parking. Chocolate Hashberry was really a delight to taste. This strain was killer diller from the get go, this is one of those strains that truly delivers the goods. Tasty old school hashish and coffee/choc flavors deliver a most enjoyable high. My budtender, Cassie ( I think) was nice, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions and checking out the Flowers. Very nice experience overall. Pricing is competitive to pricey. The place recently reopened and has some minor kinks left. So far first impressions are good. Maybe some more variety in strains and pricing. Will be back.

The budtender's only care about there sales. I personally don't appreciate being treated like an inconvenience because of an issue you had with your computers.
