They removed their grams and shake and limit their pre-rolls that they sell individually so that they can force you to pay for higher quantities so that they can afford their pratik pretty brand new building down the street they don't care about medical patients at all they say they give us 20% and yet I'm still paying a couple dollars more than I was before the discount and I don't get any deals with it so really it's the same as before but now I don't get deals. Greedy unhelpful and i won't be returning. They told me to drive out of my way to go to another dispensary to get fair prices.

For starters I had never used marijuana in my life! Before I got my card I went to a few dispensaries to get as much info as I could! As I was looking to get away from pain killers! A few were very brief, some were rude and turned me away until I got my card. When I came to high desert Cassey printed me a lot of guides to help get some basic knowledge! She also made time to speak with me in the lobby to make sure I felt very comfortable before I left. Once I got my card I made sure to come here! Cassey was of course the one who helped me. She was very helpful and patient! I never felt rushed and she never seemed annoyed to answer any questions! I could tell she genuinely wanted me to leave happy and especially comfortable with what I got. I also felt very welcome by the other staff! They also were kind with their input as what would be best for me. I am very thankful I found this place! They did a great job at helping a new patient like myself. I never felt judged or dumb for being new. I have been using my new medication for a month and it has been seriously amazing! Thank you guys!

Great place. First time there loved. My budd tender/cashier lol she rocked short brunette girl I forgot name ha wonder why... she knew her stuff though and it moved pretty fast. Tangerine Kush rocks!!!

Top quality flower, purple urkle and chiesel both got me super high. I am not understanding the previous review about not liking the chiesel or it not working??? I have a super high tolerance too... anyway. The muv vape distillate pen is by far the best pen i have EVER tried, and I've tried o-pen, kind, a few generic ones, and OG clear. The intimacy oil is also worth a try for the ladies, you won't regret it! 😍

It's OVER! Looks like there are no more discounts. I could not get a discount for medical. I could not get a discount for senior. I could not get a discount for military veteran. What you see on the website is the price you pay plus tax. MUV store has turned into a ghost town, almost always empty. Now I know why. I'll boycott this place and go back to shopping around again. Not what I want but I'm left with no choice.

READ THIS FIRST I have been burned by this place twice. I was once shorted 7 grams on a half-ounce, and they pulled a bait and switch on me, sold me some trash that was labeled as what I wanted. I quit the place twice but they made it right. The problem is really how do you ever make that right? Sunday I was there and left my ID. No one bothered to call. I pulled up at another dispensary miles from here and walked to the door before I realized I had no ID. But that's not why I'm never going back, ridiculous as that sounds. I had an express order Sunday and watched as the line went ahead of me while I waited and waited. I got the on-hold treatment and an argument this morning. They have nothing on Leafly indicating the effect of the flower they sell. I need guidance constantly, especially for express orders, or I have to ask someone in there who will be up front with me and not trying to MUV products on me. I can't afford to buy any more green that keep me depressed all week. Today I didn't recognize anything, so I called and was put on hold repeatedly while I tried to find someone to talk to. I was then told I was holding for Jennifer. "You asked for Jennifer". Is that right? Simple answers is all I wanted. All they wanted was to get me off the phone. A few weeks ago I had the same problem, some guy named Eric. claiming to be an owner, would not let me talk to Jack. I've spent almost 5 grand at this place! 5 GRAND! I kid you not! Again I tried to contact Steve the manager and again I couldn't get him on the phone in two calls. I've been shorted, baited and dissed. STUFF IT, MUV.

First time visit, last time visit. Budtender showed big buds in a container from under the counter. I get home and open my containers, and my top tier big buds were switched to popcorn nugs. Bait n switch. I am very disappointed.

Went here for my fist time a few weeks back. When check-ins started to change. Checked in with front desk lady and couldnt believe how snippy she was. At first it was just me but then i noticed she was like that with everyone entering. I literally wrote it off and went on with my day thinking “hell, we all have those days sometime. No big deal” My second visit a few days ago.......Same. Thing. Same experience. She was rude to lady in front of me and very Literally dont want to run into her and it makes me want to avoid the dispo.

NIice cool waiting room, friendly good looking staff, Their 1st time patient deal is on point and they were out of 1/8 bags so I was given 4 grams which is awesome. Have to try their buds, better than nirvana.

Nobody at the front window, 4 people waiting one was trying to turn in a new patient form. the budtender said i will help you soon as possible to the waiting room so it appeared to be only one girl working both the front and budtending. but they were posting bag openings on instagram literaly the same time. get it together or let someone else use that space! you are terrible ! customer service is the worst in the valley :(

good luck with the opening I love their products are great. I personally love crumble for flavor but you can not go wrong with me products cause they are all quality. I am working on building and maintain my own collection strains you offer would love to see a list if possible.

They took down my preferred name in their system, and it appears on my receipt just as it should! However, staff consistently call me by my legal name. They also recently used a pen to scratch out my preferred name (printed on the receipt!) and wrote my legal name in its place...which is bordering on unacceptable.

this used to be my go to dispensery. there flower was always a little dry but the prices made up for it. now the prices are up 80% the quality is even worse because not as many people are going. it's just not worth it anymore. I'll be driving an extra 6 miles to go elsewhere

I frequently visit your establishment for great service and products; but after today’s experience I may not return. Long story short—I purchased a cartridge and two dab buckets (bogo). Unfortunately, after getting home (which is 20 minutes away), I noticed more than half the oil cartridge was empty. I drove back to the store with the hope of simply having the cartridge replaced. However, I was met with sarcasm, and was accused of consuming that missing portion of the product, when it was clearly unopened. When I tried to explain that I had just bought the product less than an hour prior, the bud tender proceeded to toss the cartridge back at me—and said rather loudly, to my embarrassment, “You’re at 0.3 anyway, so what do you want me to do?” Not to mention, why does my 14 day allowance matter? After going back and forth for several minutes in front of a store full of patrons, he left his post to speak with his manager. Afterwards, I was granted a one time swamp, regardless of the fact that the cartridge was sold to me less than half way full. I felt ridiculed, antagonized, and made out to be a liar, not to mention he literally joked about my low allowance. All in front of an audience of people. I’m so embarrassed 😞...
