Zen Leaf - Gilbert

It was hot and although I was told my pickup was ready to go via text I still had to wait quite a long time. The staff lady who helped me was incredibly nice, however I did have to return because an edible was left out of my bag. She had set it down inside, found it quickly, and wasn't a big deal. My only true grips was I bought an 8th of flower that was labeled Mohave Kush on one side, and Gorilla Glue on the other, so I really don't know which it is.

They don't honor leafly pickup priority. Only one person working with a line of 10 people waiting. Truly frustrating.

Ordered over the phone and the customer service was great. It was a lady I forget her name.

Territory Dispensary is by far my favorite in Arizona. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and is great at forming a rapport with their patients. Many of the products carried at Territory are quality and well priced. While some can be more expensive than desired, they do have great deals to make up for it. I highly recommend all Territory locations around the valley.

Girl who was doing online was extremely rude. Acted impatient with me and shoved the bag into my hand when leaving. Shes been very rude to me more than a couple times and im now kinda tired of it.

Arrived to pick up order and after several minutes and other people checking in after me were taken care of before me and then come to find out they reported to state I picked up double + the amount I got. Ordered 2 1/8s and 2 .5 cartridges they reported I picked up .627

This has to be my all time favorite location. I literally pass 2 other location on my way in but prefer Territory gilbert because they treat you like family and are literally there to help you!

I have been a customer for many years and have made a lot of purchases over past year. I was informed this last visit that I have not received any loyalty points for any of my purchases over the past year despite having registered for the Zen Leaf plus app. I have received loyalty points for years prior. None of the employees could tell me why I was not accruing any points. Extremely frustrating experience when I’m a loyal customer.

Had a question about the wi fi an a budtender that already seen me taking my sweet ass time like I do when I shop as a low budget med patient. so she sees line forming an she is taking on a lot of these cx really in an out an I'm not so had the nerve to rudely say that there is no wi fi as me an Jason my trusted budtender trying to figure it out. either way Vibe was weird an rushy from both all of a sudden. maybe I'm just a pestimitic cause I had a comment back about her remark which was ( no wi fi) when she rudely interrupted not in a helpful way either but like no you can't redeem the points you wanted today hurry tf up ppl. not in here as often as others cause this Vibe is more common these days.. wish knew her name but no bueno experience with that person.
