I don’t really see what other people are so upset about, it seems like maybe they just had a bad day and decided to just be upset, what’s the fun in that? Cheer up people and stop being a whiner. This place has been nothing short of amazing. I have had nothing but great interactions with people who are just kind. I feel like people who talk bad about this place have some incredible bias that is showing and it’s sad. Awesome people, great location and super inviting (not to mention the meds are legit) my go to place if Tru Med is to out of the way. Highly recommend and will be coming back for more. Also, it’s nice to see they are opening more locations. Good people need to be more involved in this industry, as you can see from other reviews, been around this stuff since it’s infancy and can see the real patient minded places.

If i could give it 0 stars for the service i would. It was 4/20 and my cashier had a hall monitor attitude. i’ve never had an issue like that before ever.

Online order/pickup system needs some work. I ordered 1 gram of concentrate and drove over after getting the "ready for pickup" text. After checking in with the employee out front, it took 20-25 minutes for them to bring out my stuff. There was ONE person ahead of me (who had been waiting a long time, apparently, and was not happy). So despite ordering a single gram of concentrate, waiting until it was "ready," and having only one person in line, it took forever. Also, the employee asked me to hand him my phone to show the mmj card; he then took it and walked inside to scan it -- with my phone unlocked and without asking. That was both (a) gross, and (b) insecure/inappropriate. Smaller gripe -- they give you an estimated total when you order online just like every other place, but Territory's estimates are low. This is unlike other dispensaries where the final total ends up being less than the estimate (due to some discount) or spot on. So bring extra cash unless you want to pay for and touch their ATM.

The way they have their COVID-19 setup was not what I would call organized or contained. Please add a scanner outside to scan everyone’s card instead of grabbing handfuls of cards and phones. I asked if there was a way to scan my card without anyone touching my phone. I was told no. This was the Power road store.

Every time I place an online order I need to double check their work like a grade school teacher. This time, I placed an ordered for 3 quarters. My mistake for not double checking your incompetence this time because once I got home there was only 3 eights. I called about the incorrect order and Heaven just placed me on hold and forgot I was there. It’s clear this location treats their product as recreational drugs and not medicine. That’s ok, I won’t be back. Goodluck.

This place is my standard. The people are like family, the cartridge selection is awesome, and the flower is solid. Their BOGO sales on cartridges keeps me going. Muchos gracias to my peeps at Territory!!

Employees are always polite and ready to help with any question. Social distancing in the lobby. And the guy at the front desk was very polite.

I appreciate how attentive my budtender was. My last visit he took time to read my review and understood my concerns. He did exactly what I asked when it came to packaging to make it easier for me to open because of my carpal tunnel. Each time I come here, I learn something new. Thank you for everything you do

My new go-to shop. First off, this place is beautiful from the road, and very welcoming. Team is super friendly and I felt very at home. Secondly, they have some of the best selection in the valley. Super high quality stuff, and popular strains that I have trouble finding. Would highly recommend!

Super nice crew. Girl I worked with knew her stuff and the flower was AMAZING! They have specials all the time and have a variety of CBD for pets and some pipes to choose from. Also, very convenient location for me.

I’ve been here at least five times now and everytime I go back my experience gets worse and worse. They almost never have daily deals on Flower and when you mention a daily deal they are never promoting or helpful about it. Today I asked about the deal and the budtender forgot to even put it in my bag and I spent $280.00 If it weren’t for the quality brands they have i would never go back, horrible customer service budtenders seem to hate their job and it shows.
