The way they have their COVID-19 setup was not what I would call organized or contained. Please add a scanner outside to scan everyone’s card instead of grabbing handfuls of cards and phones. I asked if there was a way to scan my card without anyone touching my phone. I was told no. This was the Power road store.

Great Staff. They always treat me like family! If you haven’t checked out territory you definitely should! Best medicine around the valley!

Every time I place an online order I need to double check their work like a grade school teacher. This time, I placed an ordered for 3 quarters. My mistake for not double checking your incompetence this time because once I got home there was only 3 eights. I called about the incorrect order and Heaven just placed me on hold and forgot I was there. It’s clear this location treats their product as recreational drugs and not medicine. That’s ok, I won’t be back. Goodluck.

This is the nicest looking dispensary I have ever been to and the staff is awesome, very respectful and helpful!

Front desk receptionist ignored me as I walked in for the first time. I felt like I had done something wrong, or was in the wrong place lol. It was odd. Great weed, but too expensive. Staff all need attitude adjustments, tho.

This has to be my all time favorite location. I literally pass 2 other location on my way in but prefer Territory gilbert because they treat you like family and are literally there to help you!

Employees are always polite and ready to help with any question. Social distancing in the lobby. And the guy at the front desk was very polite.

welp my fault for not double checking but either way when i ask a budtender for a high thc cartridge i dont expect some low 80s thc with high cbd not satisfied at all

I’ve been here at least five times now and everytime I go back my experience gets worse and worse. They almost never have daily deals on Flower and when you mention a daily deal they are never promoting or helpful about it. Today I asked about the deal and the budtender forgot to even put it in my bag and I spent $280.00 If it weren’t for the quality brands they have i would never go back, horrible customer service budtenders seem to hate their job and it shows.

They don't honor leafly pickup priority. Only one person working with a line of 10 people waiting. Truly frustrating.

There isn’t a separate line for medical! Literally the only dispensary I have been to in the valley that doesn’t. I had to wait in line for 15 minutes after a major issue with the atm (manager was as helpful as he could be), with a migraine, pins and needles running through my arms, and my heart racing from the atm issue. Manager gave me a free pre roll because I no longer had money to purchase what I needed. Atm crashed and took my money out of my account without giving it to me. Highest thc pre roll % they had was 11% and as a medical patient, that won’t touch my pain. So incredibly upset!

Service was fairly poor budtender was not very helpful what so ever.. also on a day that everything is BOGO how do you tun out of all most everything by noon i came in at 11:20 and there was little to no products on shelves what a joke dont waste time go to Mint for your deals trust me

Shout out to Donnie* (please forgive me if spelled wrong) he was amazing and very nice and helpful! Prices are a bit high but its ok. Ill be back
