I love the built in tax, so I know how much $ to bring. That makes my life easier in more than one way. Coupons on the back of receipts and rewards $ on the front ... the receipts here are worth keeping!! The shop is nice with a lot of options, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice and close to the freeway too 👍😁
This is the nicest looking dispensary I have ever been to and the staff is awesome, very respectful and helpful!

I wish that the text messages I signed up to receive, for the deals of the day were for this location(haven’t even been to another location). It’s a cool place but disappointing on that part.

Super nice crew. Girl I worked with knew her stuff and the flower was AMAZING! They have specials all the time and have a variety of CBD for pets and some pipes to choose from. Also, very convenient location for me.

The atmosphere is dope, really nice looking place. Which automatically sets a high expectation. But the flower is mediocre. Even the premium bud was just not all that. Lol I won’t be returning the bud is super dry too. When I shop I only buy premium. So my expectations are high

Ordered over the phone and the customer
service was great. It was a lady I forget her name.
Employees are always polite and ready to help with any question. Social distancing in the lobby. And the guy at the front desk was very polite.

I think this is the only dispensary that has restrictions on cannapages coupons
Today management let us down. I made my online order around 9 am this morning and when I went to go pick up my order I was told that my order did not get packaged because of the volume of online orders. I was not necessarily upset that my online order didn't get packaged but more so that I was not notified. Time is money and one of the keystones of customer service is reliability. I'm not sure who was in charge of opening this morning but to simply overlook online orders and not work on fulfilling them and also not contact the customer is unprofessional. It's not good customer service at all. I'm lucky that the budtender was able to gather half of what I had ordered. Maybe next time the manager on the opening shift could pre-plan for a large number of online orders during a storewide sale. I mean what did the manager think the morning was going to be like? Did the manager get on the phone or start texting customers that the online service was down? Did management have at least one staff member work on fulfilling back orders? All I know is that I left with half my order and I spent less than I planned. Most places I visit contact the customer via text or email when an order is canceled. I don't think that's too much to ask and it is basic common courtesy.
Usually fine when I go there but they didn’t have what I ordered online when I got there and the other options didn’t cut it. Waste of a trip 🤬
Place is a hot mess. Zero energy in here either. A dead, corporate-weed kind of vibe. Nobody working here looks like they want to be working here.
Had a question about the wi fi an a budtender that already seen me taking my sweet ass time like I do when I shop as a low budget med patient. so she sees line forming an she is taking on a lot of these cx really in an out an I'm not so had the nerve to rudely say that there is no wi fi as me an Jason my trusted budtender trying to figure it out. either way Vibe was weird an rushy from both all of a sudden. maybe I'm just a pestimitic cause I had a comment back about her remark which was ( no wi fi) when she rudely interrupted not in a helpful way either but like no you can't redeem the points you wanted today hurry tf up ppl. not in here as often as others cause this Vibe is more common these days.. wish knew her name but no bueno experience with that person.

Terrible experience. I have been here three times in all three times they have charged me recreational prices after scanning my med card. This time, I waited 15 minutes in their “express” line. After getting to my car I looked at my receipt and realized it seems they yet again charged me the recreational tax which was $16. I went back inside and the woman at the reception desk very rudely told me I needed to wait in line again before they could even tell me if there was a mistake made. She said she can’t see the transaction on her computer yet refused to get anyone to help me. Wouldn’t let me skip to the front since I already waited once. So I waited in line another 15 minutes for them to give me my money back. A total of 40 minutes to pick up an online order.
Girl who was doing online was extremely rude. Acted impatient with me and shoved the bag into my hand when leaving.
Shes been very rude to me more than a couple times and im now kinda tired of it.

their curbside pick up when C19 hit was terrible! rude employees also, now that they're back open had an online order and wanted to add 1 item, the employee said (after I have my total) to stand back in line! haha as if! 🙄 I'll go to another dispensary that likes money and wants to retain customers. There's a lot to choose from now...js

Great bud with minimal wait times. The facility is clean and the staff is great I recommend Territory Mesa Gilbert.
