I really like it @Woodbridge. B4 i started ordering on line, its presentable, clean and the wait is not long. Now that i order on line its still the same. I love it...

Very clean and friendly environment.

I like the people never had a problem with them.

Love the team and how great they treat us patients. The only negative is things sell out quick.

The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and organized however, the prices are too high and I have been shorted on quantity just about every time I go. Paying $$$ for 3.5g and only getting 3.1g is just unacceptable. I had emailed them about it and they just never responded. Quality is okay but there are better ATCs in NJ - that is for sure.

Everyone I encountered...from the guy at the front desk to the staff in the dispensing area...are polite, patient, and professional. The product is always as described. I would like to see more availability of the different types of strains. The lack of variety forces me to (unhappily) look elsewhere.

They are out of the type of weed I need a lot of the time. Now I order online and I have no problem except there’s no way to take product OUT of my bag online

Always great bud, friendly staff and convenient location!!! A little pricey, but hey, isnt everything in NJ overpriced?

Staff were great, the atmosphere was great, was a welcoming experience.

Great quality medicine , not so great wait times & customer service. Their “online ordering” is a joke. You get queued up with the same line as the walk-ins, behind them. So what’s the point of picking curbside if I still have to sit in my car for an hour waiting for my medicine to be brought out?!

I have no complaints at all staff is always friendly just a suggestion if you preorder online you shouldn’t have to wait to pick up other than that it’s a great place

While i love the staff bc they’re friendly af....the place needs an operations manager. A patient with an online order and an appointment shouldn’t wait in the same pool of folks without an appointment for over 30 minutes! Express lane for online orders, pick up the phones when patients call to cancel because you’re wasting time slots. You may start hiring bc you need more people and supply. I never have a choice to select what I’d like because the options are limited to availability. This is understandable most when

Very disappointed in your un professionAl and medical environment! We had reserved 2 wet dreams and drive an 1 hr 1/2 and when we got there they only had one set a side! Why do we bother to order online! They were selling wet dream to walk ins after waiting 45 mins! Very unprofessional! Steve

Waited 45 minutes to pick up an order placed online. I sent them an email and they wrote back that “ Online ordering wasn't designed to speed up the waiting process in our front lobby. We have the online ordering system so that it can save everyone time in the back room” So bottom line is it’s better for them not us. Not very cool at all.

Another great experience @ the GSD in Woodbridge. A knowledgeable staff & excellent service. Only complaint is the supply & demand of certain strains. Seems limited @ times, epecially Indica's. However the new process of being able to order on line prior to p/u reserves your order for 48 hours. Just need to check the menu on line daily.

Pre Covid entering the building was always cool. Staff was super friendly and the waiting room was large and clean. Recently they’ve adapted to Covid restrictions and have been able to provide a safe way for car side pick up. Debit cards excepted for easy transactions.

I placed a online order. Which I thought when I arrived to pick up my order that there would be some sort of a system in place for online ordering customer’s vs customers waiting. Unfortunately that was not the case I had to wait over and hour and a half to pick up my online order which was insane. I thought that’s what the whole process of online ordering was for. The prices are way to high they need to scale them down as individuals on disability or low income it’s difficult to afford those prices.

Awesome place

This is my Go To place! The staff knows me by name and I love them all and know them all mostly by name.. Sometimes I need variety so I may go else where. But on a regular basis this is my HOME.

used to be a decent place to go but now quality is bad and attitude of employees even worse. this location is literally the worst of the worst. crappy service, crappy product and attitude. bad combination for a company trying to retain business. the crouds are now gone as this place sucks!

So frustrating to deal with GSD as they rarely have flower in stock. They do it’s for a day or two and then back to lozenges and Carts. I live a mile from there but I drive all the way up to Harmony Grow because they always always have a least five or six strains to choose from and in many forms. They have bud, pre-ground, pre-roll.
